No long distance service, cabel sometimes worked some times did not. Rooms were filthy, service was not pleasen no one would really go out of their way for you. Overall one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

Everything, I'm still dreaming about the breakfast buffet. Loved it!! I'm a breakfast person. Couldn't have been any better. Loved this hotel and everything about it. The club on the top floor, out of this world fun!!! Luxurious! Fun! Exciting! Big! New! what else can I say.

The room flooded the last day that we were there. The shower did not drain. The staff refused to clean it up because that was our "last day" and we would be checking out that day. So from 5 am until noon we had to walk through about an inch of water all throughout the living area of the suite. I was blown away that they refused to clean it.

Restaurants/food was very limited. There was not a place in the hotel to sit down for a nice dinner. We tried to go to Tauro (the steakhouse) but it was closed as was the pan asian place... They suggested we eat in the same place where the breakfast buffet is served. The only other option was at the tapas/pizza place...

Well located, close to two shopping malls (direct access Multicentro, and close to Multiplaza). Nice room with good amenities. We received a cupom of usd 20,00 to spend with beverages in the hotel. For who is looking for some fun the Hotel has a bar with live music and also a club on the top floo with an amazing view. The food in the pizza/taco restaurant is very good and has a good price. Would definetly stay there again.

There was only two people in the reception making the check in and, although it was not crowded, it took a while for our turn, but the staff was all the time very friendly.

The big rooms, the breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool.

I appreciate the act that, although most of the buffet staff didn't speak English, they went out of their way to find someone who spoke English to help with my vegan diet. On the other hand, I lost 10 lbs because I was unable to communicate my needs at the bar.

I was asked to stay at the riu to determine if it was suitable for a family reunion. I moved from the riu hotel because it was dirty and, due to the lack of English speaking employees, I was unable to communicate my needs in Spanish. I was disappointed that there were not more English speaking workers. But, for the most part, the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff is low in quanity and quality, they are nice and smiley, but they have zero trainning, they ahve no clue what client service is, only when you complain and ask for a maanager then things get resolved. You can tell upper management has been traiinned but hte lower levels, people you deal with from the check in to the person on the phone in room service they lack lots of experience and training, thus the experience is far from great. I will not stay there again.

Club Bling was not operational; restaurant hours and reservation requirements not clearly displayed or explained; juice credits not fully explained; website states complimentary airport ride but was told by hotel staff that it is only available for business traveler groups. Was charged $3.50 for a local telephone call I did not make

I did not like the fact that your staff which did not speak english sent my girlfriend and I off in an ambulance. She had fallen on your property, and broke her ankle..your staff called an ambulance and because she had some wine with dinner the free 30 days insurance did not apply..we then ended up in the public hospital, a germ pit with armed guards..all because your staff wheeled her in an ambulance, instead of getting her back in the room, let her rest , get ice and wait til the morning. This happended after midnight and not one person at your hotel spoke english...i will not be back, and my girlfriend and I requested a comp night as we had to spend another night, due to her injury. We did not receive any comps, and I will never be back...it was a nightmare experience...more english people staff even after midnight. I would have never allowed her to be taken away in an ambulance, if someone could have understood me.

Had the opportunity of indulging in a relaxing massage, and sauna after my business meetings had concluded. Truly one of the best massages I have had. The free upgrade to a beautiful suite was excellent. Definitely gives my stay at the Hard Rock an A+ rating.

Not business oriented, definitely appropriate for family vacation and young travelers. Wifi is concentrated only in a certain section of the suite, lost wifi when in the bedroom.

Very comfortable classy rooms. Good food in restaurant. Fun atmosphere.

would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room. The WI FI did not work well on the 30th floor - but the view was great

Awesome hotel! Energizing atmosphere, great rooms and facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, good location, one of the best breakfast buffets, great live bands, easy to rent a car from the hotel with the help of the business centre.

Air-conditioning in the evenings in the restaurant/bars is tuned to so cold that one needs to wear winter clothes to stay warm - feels like walking in the fridge
