The beach

I was billed twice. Receipt no 30268, for check in on 17 April 2013, Wednesday and checkout on Friday, 19 April 2013. I paid with my Visa and was still charged on my American Express. Please remove any and all charges on Amex for Daniel Hall. I have disputed the charge with American Express. The room had mold around the shower and the safe did not work in my room and my daughters room (716 & 717). My brother in 715 commented that his safe did not work.

I really want to recommend the massage. A bit difficult to find as it is in another building outside the resort, near the lake, but a wonderful massage. Worth the money!

Food and service

The disco music played constantly at the pool (near the rooms) was a little irritating...but not unbearable.

The location is in remote area away from the city crouds. Frendly athmosphere and frendly. You feel secure while on the beach and resort area. Nice beach!

Very loud evening entertainment. The staff should learn to speak English language!!!

The buffet had a good food and good management. The beach is nice.

Too many drunk wards. Too much alcohol in the drinks. They need regularization in order to be a safe place and not a disturbing place where people are drunk since the morning. During my 3 days I saw 2 passive drunks showing a very sad behavior and 4 horrible fights that made my children cried and one couple having sex in the hot tub. I will not recommended to go . maybe you are a person who likes to be drunk all day long and go to jail because of the fights , welcome. No children please.

the room was clean and beautiful.

The grounds were very clean and nice. The atmosphere was very relaxing. They attended you well and tried to be helpful

I found many things in need of repair. Ice machine, and machines in the gym. They advertised as having hot tubs, they did not. I reserved a room with a king size bed and got a room with two queens. They did offer to move us but we had already unpacked. They said all rooms had a refridgerator and ours did not. When I asked for one they said ok they would bring one and they did not. The next day I reminded them and eventually I just gave up, it never came. The pool was dirty most of the time. The food was very bland. The negatives out weigh the positives. I would not recommend Playa Blanca until these issues are addressed.

The food was excellent during our stay and most of the staff were quite helpful. The resort offers quite a few activities to be enjoyed, but all at an extra cost including any beer that is not already on tap.

The resort and hotel rooms are old and not kept at a high standard as one would expect at this price point. The bath towels are very old and abrasive yet clean and the water at the largest pool was green and filthy for 4 of the 5 days during our stay.

The beach was clean. People were very relax and children were well behave. The room were organize that maids were very honest and helpful. The fresh fry fish at the oriental restaurant was excellent; I like it so much I eat there for lunch every day.

At the beach they did not have small tables where you can hold down to your drinks. A bar tender walking at the beach will be nice to have around even if that mean paying for tips; when ever I needed water or anything to drink, I have to walked a distance to get it which ruin my time to relax.

Over rated price wise

Staff un-Panamanian, some very stuffy. Nickel and dime for amenities, and overall price.

me gusto la comida, la atención en los bares y discotecas

no me gusto la atención en la recepción a mi llegada, y que no se me dio lo que pedí en mi reserva.

Kényelmes szoba, csodás környezet, kitűnő ételek, tisztaság.

Mosási lehetőség nagyon drága, kisgyereknek üdítő választék nulla.

Estavámos em lua de mel e o hotel nos deu um upgrade, sendo que o quarto foi decorado especialmente. O staff era prestativo e empolgado. Bom lugar pelo preço. A vista do quarto era para o mar e maravilhosa.

As bebidas alcoólicas eram de baixa qualidade. As comidas eram diversificadas e boas, exceto no restaurante japonês. A praia é branca só no nome.

La relacion calidad-precio. Ambiente relajado y alegre los dias de mi estancia. Buena comida en los restaurantes.

Hace falta algo mas de mantenimiento en ciertas areas. El "botones" fue a las 7h a "golpearme" la puerta para entregar la cuenta el dia del check out. Creo que bastaba con dejarla por debajo de la puerta...

las instalaciones son muy buenas y estan en buen estado de mantenimiento, son amplias y agradables, limpias y confortables, la comida es muy variada ; nos gustò mucho la ubicaciòn de las habitaciones cerca del mar y de la piscina

El personal no es muy amable, ninguno de ellos es capaz de al menos dar una sonrisa, se limitan a escuchar las inconformidades de los turistas , uno entiende que no se puede dar gusto a todo el mundo , pero a veces una sonrisa amable es suficiente para calmar los animos Adicional, no me parece correcto que al hacer la reservacion no nos hubieran informado que la piscina pasiva estarìa fuera de servicio , yo viajaba con una persona mayor y con un niño pequeño, nos tocò usar la unica piscina en servicio , con los inconvenientes del ruido y los jugadores

los servicios y las instalaciones confort

la ubicación falta servicios de transporte,

El agua marrón y la arena negra y sucia. Deberían avisar que la playa está a 200 metros de un río que desemboca en el mar y que en epoca de lluvias ese río pone el agua marrón y toda la mugre del río se deposita en el mar y la playa. Realmente horrible. En cuanto a las piletas, les falta mantenimiento y el agua también es turbia.

El resort esta bien vale por un 3 estrellas ,esta a dos horas de la ciudad de Panama, es comodo, sencillo, esta bien para descansar solo unos dias.

Si bien habia variedad de comidas en el Restaurante Buffet normalmente la comida esta tibia, los meseros son lentos hay que pedirles varias veces las cosas. El show nocturno nada especial, los tragos all inclusive de calidad baja, si uno quiere llevarse agua mineral a la habitacion te cobran por una botella grande U$S 2,50 insolito??? la zona de la playa reposeras, Palapas estan algo descuidadas< la arena es negra y se nota que no la mantienen limpia la zona de playa del hotel, no es el Caribe, esto es Pacifico. No volveria.

Experiencia desagradable, los empleados te atienden cuando les apetezca. Hotel todo incluido que no incluye solo el agua de la piscina, no incluye bebidas ni comidas en el área de Town Tower, para comer tienes que caminar 400 metros porque el restaurante de esta sección no abre ni temprano ni el sábado luego de 8 pm, aunque no sea incluido, ni siquiera te informan de su existencia para que no camines bajo la lluvia aunque tengas que pagar adicional.

Mi experiencia fue terrible en cuanto a la privacidad, al regresar a la habitación la tarde del sábado mi tarjeta para abrir puertas había sido desactivada y al reactivarla encontré que el hotel le había dado llave a otra persona, había otro huésped en mi habitación. A este error el hotel respondió cambiándome de habitación con la incomodidad que eso representaba y solo porque dije que quería retirarme ( lo que finalmente no hice por mis niños)

La comida no es tan buena, y entiendo, cocinar para cantidades masivas es así

La comida estuvo riquisíma!

Falta de personal en los puestos o stands.

Comida aceptable para un hotel all-inclusive

No avisaron que la piscina gigante estaba en reparación. Las instalaciones estan descuidadas.

Todo bastante bien

La internet deberia estar incluida, el restaurante japones que fue el unico que probe me decepciono mucho, solo tenian unos rolles para escojer y el resto eran platos con costo adicional, sali de alli y comi en el buffet y estuvo mucho mejor

El Hotel esta muy bien, el personal es muy amable.

Hay que mantener en mejor estado los parasoles de la playa.y recomendaria tener internet libre aunque sea en las areas sociales.

Muy mal atendido. El precio que se me cobro es muy caro en relación a la calidad del servicio.
