Located in Panamá City and next to the Atlapa Convention Centre, Sheraton Panama Hotel and Convention Center is a 10-minute drive away from Tocumen International Airport. Room was nice No free wifi, no free room coffee, THis is not what I expect for a Sheridan Hotel. No brochure to let you know what the hotel has to offer! I shoulr have taken in a Hostel and saved over a hundred dollars. Not happy at all and will not recomend to friends

Good staff, pleasant pool area, 15 minutes from airport, quiet part of the city. Serves decent buffet breakfast / lunch, very efficient room service. Room a bit tired, shower head missing, generally needs an upgrade.

The cassino is good. Staff is very unfriendly, and they are unable to solve the problems. Our room was non-smoking but there where an unbearable smell of cigarette. We lost some belongings in the room and so far no response was obtained on how to solve this.

The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The desk staff and consierge were very helpful. Valet parking attendants were fast. Good location for easy travel to the airport and downtown. The service in the pool side restaurant was slow and got the order wrong.

Su ubicación El servicio de room service es deficiente y muy lento. Es un hotel con decoración y diseños muy pasado de moda e impersonal, no me parece interesante su relación precio-calidad.

Como crece y la pequeña galería comercial y el servicio de computadoras, digamos cuando no está invadido por las hordas destructoras de niños que las hubo durante mi estadía en el hotel No pude usar la zona de la piscina ni la piscina misma por las razones antedichas y ni que hablar del que era un lugar vip tranquilo de piso 15 o sea en conclusión presumo que en un futuro y con el nuevo hotel se considere todo esto y vuelva a ser un hotel de lujo y tranquilo como el que yo conocí en mis veces anteriores

Quando fiz a reserva para minha família ( 2 adultos e 2 crianças), optei pelo andar club com café da manhã, mas quando fui fazer o check-in o atendente afirmou que o café da manhã era para 2 pessoas, um absurdo! Mesmo porque no vauch da booking não existia nenhuma ressalva em relação ao número de cafés da manhã contratados! Ademais o hotel é muito bom!

La piscina y el gimnasio son muy agradables y completos. El servicio del piso club 21 también es recomendable. Es muy buena la ubicación con respecto al centro comercial. Elegimos la opción Club 21 y nos resultó chica y poco aireada la habitación, el baño es muy pequeño y poco equipado.

O funcionario que orienta e vende os pacotes turisticos é muito atencioso e honesto nas qualidades da programação. Nos ofereceu exatamente o que queríamos e não tentou empurrar outros passeios. A recepção é simpatica e agilizou a ocupação do quarto, o que nos poupou de ficar esperando até o horario de entrada. O serviço de atendimento no quarto é pessimo. Em tres dias de estadia, nunca foi reposto os dois sabonetes iniciais, e quando solicitamos por fone, não adiantou. Foi preciso ir até a recepção. A van do hotel é muito cara e as pessoas bem antipaticas quando se recusa o serviço. Os valores do coffe shop são exorbitantes.

El servicio es excelente y la limpieza de las habitaciones.! Todas las personas son muy amables. Además, el hotel nos presentó un guía que nos hizo 2 tours por los lugares históricos y un paseo sobre el Atlántico. Muy profesional!

La atención fue espléndida. Muy querido el personal las personas del lounge amabilísimas Tuve problemas cn el sistema y mi reserva de booking pero el hotel me mantuvo la tarifa. Y fueron amables.
