The shower stall was emormous with a rain shower head. The private patio was alongside a babbling brook with a view of the hillside. The equipment in the gym rivals anything a club can offer. The pool, while small, has a jet stream you can turn on to swim against the current. Lots of windows everwhere in the common areas. The whole place offers a very tranquil space. Immaculate housekeeping throughout. I liked the breakfast goodies and fruit in the room so it could be had at one's leisure. It was about a 20-30 minute walk to the center of town for shopping or restaurants (taxis were available for $2 a trip).

Please dnt offer breakfast included.... Very poor and in your room to make your coffee with a yogourth and a cake for boys not for breakfast.... This s not a hotel but a Spa .

I liked that they supplied breakfast in the room and that there was a table and chairs to eat at. The room was clean and beautiful and the bathroom was big. Everyone was friendly and they helped book a tour of a coffee plantation. I was a little annoyed that I'd spent about $110 per night through a third- party website and their own website advertised three nights for $250. Because I'd already booked, I was locked into the original price. Well worth the original price, but it would have been nice to save $80.

very nice hotel with an oriental feel. exercise facilities first class. Staff was pleasant and helpful. we were there in off season so very few guests staying at hotel. locals use the pool and gym facilities. Poor signage making it a little difficult to find.

Zeer aangename ontvangst door de gastheer, die je steeds kan helpen met info over restaurants, hulp bij het bestellen van taxi's,... Mooie en ruime kamers met zeer comfortabele bedden. Ontbijtje staat klaar in de kamer, dus dat kan je nemen wanneer je wil op het terras van de kamer met zicht op het groen. Inbegrepen gebruik van de Spa met jacuzzi, infrarood, stoomcabine,...

El ambiente ofrece condiciones ideales para descasar y relajarse, asi como tambien para compenetrarte con tu pareja en un ambiente intimo y sin el bullicio hurbano. La ausencia de cafeteria o restaurante.

Mooie modern ingerichte kamers in een natuurlijke omgeving. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat tevens veel interesse betoonde voor onze reis door Panama. Zeer comfortabele matrassen. Ruime parking voor auto's. Door het ontbreken van een ontbijtruimte werd als ontbijt op de kamer een pakje cornflakes per persoon voorzien samen met wat fruit en een potje yoghurt en zelf aan te maken koffie. De hoeveelheid was voldoende maar voor ons is dit toch een ongewone manier om te ontbijten in dergelijk luxueus hotel. Echter het personeel deelde mee dat het de bedoeling is om in de toekomst een ontbijtruimte te voorzien. Er werd hiervoor evenwel geen timing vooropgesteld.

The rooms were really clean and nice. The location was perfect, the hotel is in a tranquil place but still close to the village. The coffee, which you had to make yourself for breakfast, wasn't very good.
