A very clean and comfortable room. Great bed and good breakfast!

Overall the place was very nice. Starting with breakfast, Lola our server and cook was very gracious and truly a delight - she aimed to please. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The "common area" in the lobby was very nice and the hotel provided complimentary wine and coffee. Most of the staff were good with English which helped the single language North Americans in our group. They gave us some really good recommendations on dinner restaurants. I'd stay here again if we returned to Panama City.

Getting around in Panama City with you own car is a challenge regardless. Signage is poor or non-existent in the city, no in the country. We didn't rent a gps so I can't tell you if that would have helped or not. Getting to the hotel from the main "drag" took us three days to master. The hotel wasn't in the best spot but it was okay. When we arrived there were a few minor issues with each of the three rooms we rented, however, by noon the next day all the issues expect one had been corrected. A better response than you'd get from most hotels in the states. All-in-all there wasn't much to "not to like" about the place, the accommodations or the staff.

Very nice rooms! Beautifully decorated all areas of hotel. Staff while very nice, didn't speak the best english. A little hard to get help with tours taxis and such. Free wine in lobby! Bathrooms are very nice. Rainshower shower. Two sinks. Again...very well worth the 100 to 140 dollars I paid for four nights.

There is no view...except of a brick wall 3 feet from the room windows on the back of the hotel. I like a view...but the room was so nice I never even opened the curtains and it was fine.

Very luxurious rooms, huge space. Breakfast is great. Free wine, delicious ice tea and homemade cookies! We stayed there on 3 different occasions and everytime we were highly satisfied.They kept our luggage while we were away and were very friendly.

Bed was very comfortable.

Room was small. There was only 2 of us but I felt like we were running into each other. There isn't much in the area and the hotel staff told us it wasn't safe to walk around.

Beautiful decorated hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff. excellent breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom.

The airconditioning unit was very noisy and you could hear what was going on in the lobby if your room is on the first floor;

We stayed two nights in the panams hotel and we loved it. the room was huge ,I have never slept in such comfortable beds, Unfortunately I cant say anything about the view ,as there was none. The hotel was reasonably priced and we were in Panama to sight see so, we were only looking for a comfortable bed and clean facilities. The staff were so helpful, especially Ariel a young man who spoke english very well, he could not do enough for us , anything we wanted he made sure we got it ,from advise on where to go and making sure that we had transport he was excellent. I would recommend this hotel .

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the jacuzzi in the livingroom was surprising. The bathroom with the big rainshower was very comfortable.

The finishings and details are not perfectly maintained. The jacuzzi didn't work, and one handle was broken. The bedroom had a minimal humidity smell. Almost unrecognizable but present. It could be improved.

I liked the spaciousness of the room and the large shower. The bed was comfortable.

Spa tub in the room a little strange. The toilet rarely flushed and the lighting in the bathroom was poor.

This hotel was well though out in both the aspects of design, comfort and needs of being on a vacation. The complimentary breakfast with Champagne, wine, ice tea and expresso's is an amazing touch that has been my first in all the 40 counties I have traveled in. The service of all staff was top notch and did not mind the endless questions to get by in a new place.

The internet access was weak in the rooms from time to time but the lobby computer worked fine so you had options.

The staff at the Front Desk made my stay so pleasant. Thanks Julio, Gertrudis and to the others. Nice rooms with jacuzzi to relax. The rooms were very clean as well. I will certainly come back and stay there again.

Restaurant is small and need more variety of food specially at lunch and dinner.

Wine, iced tea and cookies in reception, jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower were amazing, room was beautiful, clean and quiet,and although facing the street we didn't hear a thing! The hotel was like a little oasis of calm in amongst the hustle and bustle of the city :-)

The location is good. The breakfast was very good.

The description of the hotel says that each room has a balcony, which is not true. The rooms with ocean view have some fake balconies. There are 2 rooms with balconies, facing an adjacent building. The design of the hotel is nice, but the rooms need some deep cleaning. The linens and the towels were either very old or not very clean.

We loved everything about the hotel and staff, from the coffee and wine always available in the lovely, comfortable reception, to the fabulous room, spa bath, such friendly staff - highly recommended!

Not the ultimate location but that didnt matter so much.

The jacuzzi was great! While the price is similar to big luxury hotels in the city (ie trump towers) Panams gives you a level of personalized attention that puts it over the top. And the breakfast spread is wonderful! Even included mimosas!

This is a new hotel with excellent decor. Very clean and in good proximity to central Panama. At 24 hour offer are free wine, iced tea, coffee and cookies. There is a jacuzzi, rain shower, and double sinks.

Obviously a restaurant will go well with the ambiance and is apparently in the works.

The people at the hotel are very helpful. They will make sure you are safe and will help you with taxi arrangements. Breakfast is also good. Free wine available in the lobby all the time was nice in the evening before bed. Very nice rooms too.
