Roomy, clean, beautiful view from balcony, front desk always manned, ONLY a 5 block walk to town, staff very helpful. Key had to be reprogrammed every day of 2 week stay, WiFi available only in lobby, elevator occasionally was being serviced.

Great location, short walk to the main part of town. Play area for younger kids was nice to have. Breakfast was good. Our room was right over the wine bar. Got a little noisey a couple of times.

The bed was awesomely comfortable, the shower outstanding and the view nice. It would have been better facing the rear of the hotel. Food was very nice and always a different breakfast choice. The hotel advertised readily available internet (wifi) in "all areas." Unfortunately "al;l areas" failed to include the rooms. It took me the better part of a week to finally get a direct hook- up in our room.

Beautiful view from my room. Mountains and stream. It would have been nice to have the staff speak English. It was especially difficult ordering in the restaurant and conversing with the front desk. I booked this hotel with the understanding that they spoke English. I am working on my Spanish.. But as a tourist - paying higher prices I think it would really help the hotel to train their staff with basic English. We did have great food and everyone was very friendly.

La chambre et le lit, très confortables Pas d'ascenseur déjeuner pas terrible, insuffisant, surtout pour le prix de l'hôtel qui est très cher restaurant italien de l'hôtel pas terrible

Un pequeño río pasa justo por el jardín y el entorno es muy tranquilo. El ascensor tenía frecuentes averías. Sólo son dos plantas pero con maletas se nota.

El río que corre en la parte de átras del hotel es un grato contacto con la naturaleza, hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia, la comida deliciosa y el personal muy atento. Los desayunos muy balanceados y variados. Quizás la ubicación de la habitación no permitía que corriera el aire natural pero con el abanico de techo se supero.

Ofrece amenidades para compartir con los niños de forma relajada.El río que pasa junto al hotel le da una atmósfera maravillosa. El restaurante está bien, especialmente la pasta. No tiene elevador y hay que subir las maletas hasta el segundo piso, pero ya están trabajando en la instalación de uno!

El hotel en general bueno Bueno lamentablemente cuando fuimos estan instalando el ascensor y con su respectiva incomodidad pero por lo general en el dia cuando trabajan uno esta fuera y no afecta tanto. Los meseros no te retiran los platos que vas usando y la mesa se llena de platos sucios

L'emplacement,(près de la ville et la campagne), la propreté, la restaurant est agréable et bon. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables. Bref, nous avons passé un séjour agréable Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré et le personnel un peu plus attentifs. Mais c'est tout de même très bien

Las comodidades y el entorno son datos positivos. La llegada no es fácil por la falta de indicaciones en el camino. Los pocos y finales dicen "Hotel Escondido". Nuestra experiencia :llegada tarde(22,30 horas) tras un viaje agotador desde Panamá City,en auto y no nos podían dar nada para comer;no había agua ; no wi-fi ,mala (no) conexión por cable ,tv solo un canal. Un sereno desbordado que no podía hacerse cargo. Estuve por suerte 1 noche!!

Nette kamers, prima ligging, en dat is het zo eigenlijk wel Geen water meerdere malen, ontbijt zeer slecht geregeld erg onprofessioneel personeel, alleen de receptie en schoonmaak was erg vriendelijk. Vooral het ontbijt was een ramp, het zou van 07:00 tot 10:00 zijn de eerste dag was er pas iemand om 07:45 en de tweede dag hebben we letterlijk 40 minuten moeten wachten op een kop koffie!

La tranquilidad, el sonido de la corrientes en tu ventana, comer a un lado del rio, todo ello me parecio excelente. La Estrada al estacionamiento del hotel tiene una pendiente muy alta que me parece peligrosa.

It was a relaxing atmosphere in a beautiful setting. The staff was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful. The hot water in the shower would sometimes abruptly become cold, but it didn't really bother me enough to complain about it. I'm pretty easy going.
