Poor service and unfriendly staff. It was hard to get any good room service. The hotel didn't even have any ice machines that were working..

The location was ideal to get around. Rooms were decent for short trip.

The Casino was full of prostitutes. Not a hotel were one would stay with children. The prostitutes were everywhere, could not get a table as they were sitting at them and could not enjoy the live music. At checkout, mentioned it to front desk, they didn't seem to care. Even the police that was standing guard at entrance allowed them in. I would not stay here again as the area is full of nice hotels.

Close to city center,good restaurants and bars near by.

Staff not that helpful and lack of English knowledge

Room are well kept and are fine, vallet parking very good, clean facilities overhaul, price, location,cassino in house.

The lack of care on outsiders coming in and out without any control, the open prostitution allowed noise by outsiders late night on hallways and all that creates a really disconfort for families and couples since everyone feels the situation. Lack of frigobar also. It is realy a shame the hotel does not care about their family guests allowing a completely open environment for prostituition where at one point any other family guest are ashamed by being pressed to walking loocking to the floor. Too Bad

...At least there was a satisfying pool... And the position.. Just in front of manolo's restaurant, delicious!

We asked to change room twice. At first there was already somebody staying in the room the gave us (that is because a lot of people in the hotel have problems with their rooms so everybody asks for other rooms and the staff can't manage everything properly), the second time I had to watch my father getting unusually angry with the concierge after having asked several times to send somebody to try and solve the "mosquito issue" -we found ourselves covered with dozens of bites all over- and the staff just snobbed us. The structure is old, old- fashioned, smelling of smoke and prostitutes all over, the staff is not caring about costumers experiences.. I am never recomending this hotel nor coming back ever!

The the taxi's are very very expensive outside the hotel and the barbies who enters after 10oclock is not my style this makes the hotel cheap

staff lacks of training. no one cares including the staff at the bar etc. carpets at the floors seems never to be vacumed and there is a bad smell. rooms need to be renewed.

The bed, the shower, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff.

The casino band was too loud. It was on the 2nd floor, yet I could hear and feel the bass in my room on the 8th floor.

Outdated rooms, empty mini bar, room service did not speak any English when placing order. Food was at the best FAIR.

Everything you need is at this hotel. Bed was super comfortable, very clean room. Would stay here again without a thought.Close to all the nightlife!

it was cheap

i found nothing to like at Veneto. I was in PC for business and the hilton garden inn was full so i tried Veneto. I can tell you if you like a worn out room, low quality food and to be around hooker this is the place for you. I also ended up the next day with bug bites on my hands and arm. Stay away.

hotel was in a good location. rooftop swimming pool was very good

rooms and corridors smelt musty and damp. difficult to control with the high humidity.there were dehumidifyers in the corridors.

Bar Staff @ Casino was unattentive & rude

Location and facilities.

Casino a bit load in the lobby restaurany but it is a gambling mecca. I do not gamble.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The steakhouse restaurant and sushi bar had excellent food. Very impressed. Room was clean, big shower and bed was very comfortable. Pool area was relaxing.

Although it's common at most hotels, the taxi service guys outside the door are a lot more expensive then the regular taxis.
