The food in the restaurant was not good.

Brilliant hotel, with lovely atmosphere. Set around an old courtyard, with spectacular views of the mountains. Breakfast room overlooks the town.

Safe in room was broken and/or difficult to operate. Lack of air conditioning could have been a problem in very hot weather, but not a worry while we were there in late March.

The location was very convenient for walking around central Cusco and close to good restaurants, shopping and sightseeing.

The restaurant food was excellent, but the service was poor.

We had a problem and the staff was very helpful. Also, the food was great, and the environment also. There are two great reastaurants/bars downstairs.

I wish there was some spa options in there.

The area the hotel was location in was the older section of Cuzco so a lot of character. The courtyard in the centre of the property provided a very warm and inviting ambiance.

When I sleep in the ground floor room I could clearly hear the foot steps of the guests above.

Friendly stuff, travel agency on site, nice decoration outside and in a room.

no TV (has to be requested), it might be problem for some travellers, not for me.

The staff are such friendly people.

Although it's located near Plaza de Armas, its facilites not correspond to reality. Many times there wasn't neither hot nor warm water in the bathroom. The temperature average was about 8ºc. In check-out I was surprised with a 20% extra fee and additional tax. I've paid with credit card and the amount was changed to Soles. They've applied an extremely disadvantageous exchange rate. 1US$ dollar corresponding to 2,80 Soles, which increased my final bill by 20%. I really disapprove of this conduct of the hotel.

Arqueologo was a very nice place to stay at. The staff was very attentive and responsive to all needs. There are no TVs or phones in the rooms which we initially thought would be a problem but it wasn't. It was a five minute walk to the main square in Cusco. We truly enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend it.

Gorgeous gardens and fantastic breakfast. Perfectly well done eggs - made to order, a variety of hot drinks, cheese, fresh baked bread, toast, and cereals. Not buffet style, which was very lovely; we only had to ask and the server brought anything we wanted. Also, breakfast located in a bright cafe area with an incredible view of the mountains and the city. Responsive, charming staff.

We had to ask for a space heater to be brought in - the room was quite chilly. It was also located right next to the reception area, and both the ringing and answering of the phone could be heard every time someone called. Finally, there was no shampoo or conditioner included.

Las habitaciones son de un diseño campestre con muchísimo lujo... Y las áreas comunes espectaculares. El desayuno muy rico.

Excelente hotel sin quejas...

Acogedor. Preocupado por el ambiente y detalles. Bonito diseño y buen precio.

Despues de lo ocurrido , no puedo evaluar las cosas buenas del hotel

Lamentablemente me vendieron el hotel por tener parking,pues viajaba con auto,y no tenian disponible el parking,tuve que estacionar a 6 cuadras del hotel en un estacionamiento público. Es una lástima que booking se encuentre enredado en esta falta de atención y respeto.

Do restaurante... Atendimento sofrível!

Atención del personal. Estilo ecológico y el Restoran "La Divina Comedia" es excelente tanto en la oferta gastronómica, atención y ambiente ( musica en viva con pianista y cantante lírica)

Ausencia de conexión WIFI en la habitación, el Wifi funcionaba perfecto en área del bar y cercanias. El servicio de desayuno finaliza algo temprano , a las 9:30 am

La atencion y el servicio del personal del hotel es muy bueno. Tienen buenos servicios como el Restaurante la Divina Comedia y el bar. Ademas tiene instalaciones y areas comunes muy bonitas.

De la habitacion no me gusto que la "cama matrimonial" realmente eran 2 camas twin que estan juntas, pero cada una con edredon y cobijas separadas. Para una pareja es incomodo. Ademas tampoco habia telefono en la hab.

Très bon accueil et très bonnes prestations. Hôtel très bien placé, au centre de Cuzco, mais au calme.

superbe emplacement.Personnel compétent. patron français , qui a résolu en quelques minutes un problème de parking de notre véhicule de location. Déco de chambres très agréable

Si me gusto, lindo lugar, bien ubicado.El restoran y el bar muy modernos.

El aspecto negativo es que o cada cuarto tendria que tener un telefono para llamar a la recepcion por alguna urgencia El agua caliente es poca y tibia Tendria que tener algun televisor en las habitaciones, no todos se siente bien y algunos se apunan por ello se quedan en el cuarto solo sin TV y sin Telefono por alguna urgencia.
