Offering to pick up from airport, sounding like its a free service and not giving any price on the email and then charging 90 sol. It's not the price but the concealing of the cost.

This was a beautiful and luxurious hotel set in one if the nicest and safest areas in Lima. The rooms are huge and very clean. Tons of great cable channels in English. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.

We didn't get in until 2am because of late flights and checked out at 10am. Would've loved to have stayed longer.

This hotel was the the delightful surprise of the trip. It's a modern, clean, upscale hotel in a great neighborhood for walking, shopping and restaurants. But the real stars of the show are the staff: friendly, helpful, accommodating at every turn. This hotel literally keeps staff walking around looking for people to help. (Look for Giovannia Zapata and Darwin Moncave. You cannot find two more helpful people.) The free morning buffet breakfasts were terrific. We stayed in Lima twice, came here for the second visit. The Atton cost us 40% less per day, but the service was at least at good as at the so-called luxury hotel. We would definitely return and we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is very helpful and informative of what Lima has to offer.

Our bed covers had hair all over the base of the bed which we discovered on our last day there. Many pubic hairs that clearly exemplified that the covers aren't changed daily. Gross!

Fairly expensive for what they offer (compared to European standards) Wanted to charge usd on-top for checking in at 11 am (obviously refused) Also asked for extra charge for an adapter (first hotel ever in my life that tried that...) Room only had a half-sized window, therefore fairly dark.

Good hotel with very comfortable beds! The hotel is a bit unpersonal and lacks authenticity, but after a long flight this is a perfect place to stay. Nice area, helpfull staff and quiet, very big and claen rooms, with all the facilities you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Lots of business travellers. Overall good value for money.

The staff could arrange us an airport pickup for 82 soles (incl. Tax). This is way to much for a ride, which we paid 45 soles 3 times before. After some negotiation they eventually arranged a taxi for 60 soles.

La piscina bonita pero no le dá nunca el sol y es fría, por eso poco usada

Hotel muito novo e impecável. Decoração clean, quartos confortáveis e equipados com tudo que se precisa. Café da manhã ok, ótima localização e equipe muito cordial. Relação custo-beneficio foi excelente, com certeza me hospedarei lá na próxima vez.

Que no le den la suite juniorn 736 ya que su bano esta malo y eso no te lo comunican y te dan soluciones que no son para hoteles de ese valor, a nos despues de discutir con lgerente nos cambiaron a otr habitacion sin antes de pasar un mal rato deberian sacarla de su oferta y un dia se demoraron todo el dia en hacernos la habitacion el sabado 13 de abril mala su logistica ,y solo te piden disculpa yo no volveria nunca mas .....

El desayuno extraordinario en calidad. El hotel es muy limpio y posee los atributos de un 5 estrellas en todos los aspectos. El ambiente es excelente.

Al solicitar un taxi para trasladarnos al aeropuerto, se nos ha sugerido un radiotaxi más económico. Al llegar dicho vehículo, este tenía un estanque de gas en la maleta lo que hacía imposible guardar el equipaje de 4 personas. Tuvimos que pagar 10 soles igual, situación que nos produjo molestia y pérdida de tiempo. Estoy muy molesta con el hotel.

Muy buenas camas. Habitación amplia. Gimnasio bastante bien equipado para ser de un hotel. Personal amable.

Check out muy lento y con errores. Amenities pobres (no ponen crema corporal en el baño y tanto el champú como el acondicionador son de mala calidad). Las toallas pueden mejorar mucho. Deberían cambiar las perchas de plástico por perchas de madera. Y los taxis del hotel cobran el triple que los de la calle y el doble que los del aeropuerto (que son de confianza)

Excelente hotel, nos alojamos en una junior suite, muy grande, cómoda, buen baño, todo muy muy limpio. El desayuno es bueno, huevos, tocino, frutas, etc. Personal muy amable y colaborador. Buen lobby.

No es que no me haya gustado, pero pese a tener piscina, no es un hotel orientado a pasar gran tiempo en la piscina. Tampoco creo que pretenda serlo.

ビジネスマンが殆どのこのホテル、市内にはタクシー利用以外方法が無く、ホテルの黒塗りタクシーは通常のガ- タビシタクシーの4倍なので、毎日外で黄色タクシー利用。飛行場までホテルタクシー利用したら、海岸沿いを- 走ってくれて、やはり乗り心地は抜群でした。 一番の問題点は BOOKING.COMで契約時にはドル払いなのに 支払いはSOLEでといわれ、手数料（トランスファー）で20ドル以上の損失でした。PERUでは他のホテ- ルでは機械が壊れた？！と言われてて、SOLE払い！！ノン　リファンダブルにして先払いにして置いたらよかったです。 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　アトランタン
