Camino Real Turistico  

A very friendly hotel, just a short walk from the centre of Puno. Staff spoke English and were able to help with organising trips to the islands. The breakfast included a range of delicious fresh fruits. The room was large and comfortable, and importantly, included a radiator.

The hotel its a budget. Don´t expect much more than a clean bedroom and bathroom. For one night it´s perfect!!

As I told before. For one night only! The breakfast could be better, but...

The location is very good. The recepcion is very helpful and speaks English. Breakfast was good enough. There was heater in the room. This is important as Puna can be freezing cold at night and in the morning. Tjey accept credit cards and also arrange tours and bus tickets. I highly recommend.

Cecar, the manager of the hotel was realy nice and did take care. He gave a lot of good information for the Lake Titicaca and the city. The stuff was realy frendly and helpfull, I felt realy good in this hotel and for the price i paied it was just great. The breakfast was basig but good, the rooms have been clean, the shower/bad was big and absolutly a high light ;) The distanc to everything was easy going and in the main street but not on the bussiesd aerea. Everybody how wants to have a bit of comfort and good information, go to this hotel.

The room was good but the nois from the neigburs was extream but that was in each hotel I staied, the walls are not so think. I had my room next to the stairs so you could heare everyone how got up or down.

Me encantó el staff. Son muy amables. El desayuno es muy bueno (gracias al muchacho q me hizo té con limón cuando me enfermé). Está cerca de la plaza de Armas pero no tiene el ruido constante, salvo a la entrada y salida de una escuela adventista que se encuentra enfrente: el profesor grita y pide que los alunos repitan "Yo estoy feliz, yo soy feliz" montones de veces!

No me molestó tanto, pero este profesor gritando en el día que necesité descansar y subir escaleras en la altitud fueron un poquitín molesto. Gracias que los muchachos nos llevaron las maletas a la habitación.

A simpatia dos funcionários e a boa disposição em ajudar com qualquer coisa que solicitássemos.

Otimo o relacionamento da recepcionista Sonia om os clientes: parabèns. No quarto, com minha grande maravilha, encontrei (e usei!) um acquecedor: foi muito bom jà qu estava bastante frio.

Cet hôtel est un vrai rapport qualité prix! Les tarifs de nuits de sont vraiment pas excessif et vous aurez chauffage et eau chaude à volonté! Le personnel est très accueillant et les prestations à la hauteur des attentes! Si vous logez à Puno je vous le recommande sincèrement!

Fomos muito bem atendidos neste hotel.Os funcionários são muito amáveis e prestativos.Sempre fomos atendidos em nossas solicitações e dúvidas.Recomendo sem dúvidas.

Único detalhe é que dependendo da localização do quarto ele se torna um pouco mais barulhento.

A cidade de Puno é uma cidade de trânsito, portanto, o hotel é simples mas limpinho e com o quarto confortável. Os funcionários são ótimos, muito atenciosos.

O aquecimento do quarto podia ser melhor, mas não chegou a comprometer.

nada la atencion es muy mala me dieron una habitacion en quinto piso y sin asensor a 3,800 metros sobre el nivel del mar solo me hospede una noche y pase a juliaca a un hoy¡tel mejor no lo recomiendo ademas me cobraron la noche

The hotel staff were all very helpful. It was close to the main shopping area and plazas but was reasonably quiet. It was a good location to explore Puno city and Lake Titicaca.
