Affordably priced with comfortable, very clean rooms. The staff was very helpful in assisting with planning transportation through the Lake Titicaca region. The location is pretty good, near the Lake and a short walk from the pedestrian zone on Lima. The hotel is located on a busy corner and the street noise was a bit disruptive. |

The staff was some of the most helpful I have ever came across, when we left town for a night they were not available they still offered to pick us up from the train station and bring us to the hotel we were going to be staying at on our last night |

中心地のアルマス広場やお土産屋の並ぶ通りなどに近く立地は良かった。朝食がコンチネンタルブレックファー- ストだったが頼めば卵料理を作ってくれた。シャワーのお湯の出や排水が抜群だった。部屋は広すぎず狭すぎず- 、2人で大きなバックを広げても問題ないくらいで便利。 部屋の電気が少し暗めに感じたが問題なし。EVなしだがポーターが荷物を運んでくれるのでこれも問題なし。- |

Uns hat das Hotel gut gefallen - der Hotelbetreiber ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns alle Wünsche quasi von den Augen abgelesen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut Wir sind im Juli dort gewesen, also im dortigen Winter und wie überall wurde es ein bißchen kühl. |

Nos ha parecido excelente el trato que hemos recibido en este hotel. El personal se ha preocupado de todo hasta que nos hemos ido. Las habitaciones están muy bien, el desayuno es de lo mejor que hemos tomado en Perú y la ubicación es perfecta, en el centro, a dos minutos de la plaza de armas. Muy recomendable |

Hotel je asi 200 m od náměstí. Hotel je čistý, slušná obsluha, kontinentální snídaně. V některých pokojích může být slyšet v sobotu diskotéka, ta však přesně ve 22. hod. končí. Vzhledem k umístění, Puno, přístav na jezeru Titicaca a ve vztahu k ceně lze doporučit. |

Cesar y los otros que corren Camino Real son buenissimos. Me atendieron en todo, me dieron el bienvenidos con una taza caliente de mate de coca, y eran muy amables. El hotel queda muy cerca del centro turistico de la ciudad - dos minutos caminando. El mal olor del trafico entro en mi cuatro muy temprano en la manhana. |
