Camino Real Turistico  

Everything was just fine, the room a little small, but fair with two single beds, good mattrasses, bathroom withnshower, plenty of hot water, Breakfast was good with a few fresh fruits, orange juice, café, thé, cereals, cold cuts, cheese and bread breads, plenty of butter and blue berry marmelade.Portable heater in the room. We turned it "on" before going out for diner and the heat was fine by the time we came back (sept 26 and 27 it is a little cold at night). Sonia at the reception was very helpfull and booked us a very nice tour on the lake. All staff was very nice.

A small tv with no cnn, and only one chanal in english. I would have like to have at least cnn or bbc.

It was located near the station and the town square areas. Sonia on the reception was so helpful and nice. The room was very cosy and the staff had even put the heater on to warm the room and gave us some coca tea on arrival. Very welcoming.

The hotel staff were all very helpful. It was close to the main shopping area and plazas but was reasonably quiet. It was a good location to explore Puno city and Lake Titicaca.

Me encantó el staff. Son muy amables. El desayuno es muy bueno (gracias al muchacho q me hizo té con limón cuando me enfermé). Está cerca de la plaza de Armas pero no tiene el ruido constante, salvo a la entrada y salida de una escuela adventista que se encuentra enfrente: el profesor grita y pide que los alunos repitan "Yo estoy feliz, yo soy feliz" montones de veces!

No me molestó tanto, pero este profesor gritando en el día que necesité descansar y subir escaleras en la altitud fueron un poquitín molesto. Gracias que los muchachos nos llevaron las maletas a la habitación.

A simpatia dos funcionários e a boa disposição em ajudar com qualquer coisa que solicitássemos.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum und hat dennoch sehr ruhige Zimmer. Da es nachts mitunter sehr kalt sein kann, hat man uns ein Heizgerät ins Zimmer gestellt. Das ist für ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel in dieser Gegend ein toller Service. Das Personal ist super und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben hier auf unserer Südamerika-Reise das bisher beste Frühstück bekommen. Als wir für eine Nacht auf einer Insel des Titicaca-See geschlafen haben, hat man unser großes Gepäck sicher aufbewahrt.

A cidade de Puno é uma cidade de trânsito, portanto, o hotel é simples mas limpinho e com o quarto confortável. Os funcionários são ótimos, muito atenciosos.

O aquecimento do quarto podia ser melhor, mas não chegou a comprometer.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito amáveis e bastante prestativos. Tudo que solicitei, antes ou durante a minha estada lá, foi prontamente atendido. A localização, apesar de longe do Lago, é bastante central, perto dos restaurantes e lojas.A relação custo-benefício ´e muito boa.

O hotel é simples, não há luxo. A calefação poderia ser mais efetiva, como também o serviço de limpeza do quarto.

nada la atencion es muy mala me dieron una habitacion en quinto piso y sin asensor a 3,800 metros sobre el nivel del mar solo me hospede una noche y pase a juliaca a un hoy¡tel mejor no lo recomiendo ademas me cobraron la noche
