Everything at The Casa Andina was excellent, I would stay there again if I go to this part of the world again.

Being charged for a small amount of milk to add to the in room drinks. Other Miraflores hotels did not charge. Very petty would not recommend you

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, especially the concierge and bell boys. The bar is good, room's very nice and breakfast was lovely with a lot of choice. Location is unbelievable too.

The service in the restaurant wasn't as good as we expected. We ordered only one appetiser but it came out with the first main - not ideal.

Staff does not care about the client. I had to change my schedule due my job problems and I sent email to the hotel and they took 72 hours to reply!!! Further more, they sent me a negative answer and I had to loose 500us$, since they didn't allow the change. I simply do not recommend anyone this hotel!!! Really poorly educated people. As well, booking.com people didn't help on anything and simply made me loose money due their crazy policy.

Very nice hotel, excellent service, clean, quiet, and well located.

Beautiful hotel that really lives up to its reputation, a true **** hotel, similar to European/Western standards. Our superior room was very spacious with a wall-to-wall window overlooking Lima. The pool was slightly heated which made it excellent to take a dive. Also the Alma hotel restaurant is high quality and very professional (I didn't like the taste of the main dish, the chef came at the table and offered all kind of options to make me feel comfortable, my compliments!).

If I have to name 1 downside, its the location. It's near Kennedy Park, but quite a walk from the seaside/Larcomar. But you can always take a taxi that is waiting in front of the hotel.

Our two room suite was perfect for sharing time with friends.

-Le confort des chambres malgré que le lit n'était pas très grand, si vous mesurez plus de 1.85cm. -La piscine, la localisation. -Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner.

Bruit des ascenseurs dans les chambres. Après trois jours, cela devenait vraiment désagréable. -Si vous restez avec un résident pérouvien l'hôthel chargera 18%. D'autres établissements sont plus tolérent.

Es war alles einfache Spitze. Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personal sucht seinesgleichen. Das Frühstück ein Erlebnis. Die Zimmer perfekt.

L'accueil, le service, la propreté et le petit déjeuner qui est excellent avec beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts.

Que dans ma chambre le robinet douche-baignoire fonctionnait mal.

Taxis agendados pelo hotel chegam a custar mais que o dobro dos normais.

A mi esposo y a mi nos encanto el Hotel y su hospitalidad, servicio, y en las mananas el desayuno buffet es buenisimo. Lo estoy recomendando y ademas me gusta regresar a mi pais y ver que estan mejorando mucho en todo aspecto, los felicito mucho. Que viva el peru.

Lamentablemente no pude disfrutar de la piscina pues estuvo fuera de servicio, todo el fin de semana que estuvimos hospedados y no lo pudimos usar. Quizas serviria dar un especial para el Spa. En esos casos (sugerencia). Gracias.

Não gostei muito da decoração, algo um tanto antiga Mas é algo totalmente pessoal
