Super helpful staff. They speak English and Spanish fluently. They will accommodate any request you have.
It was a tiny bit far from the main square but not far enough that I wouldn't go here again.
Located near the center of the city.
The hotel is located near the central square, but in a place where even the taxi drivers do not know how to drive. The hotel could be interesting, but prevents the indifferent attitude of the staff. To any question the answer is "do not know". In the room on arrival we found someone else's dirty socks, lamps covered with dust. Morning meal at the buffet was only enough for the first visitors, for those who come after 8 am, there was only white bread. No possibility to park the car somewhere nearby Hotels.

Bathroom smelt bad Hot water took a while to heat up Cobwebs
When I stay there I saw the amazing night view~ It was the shining historic city~! Add more the hotel's location is special to me. I will go to there again on December 2014.
well .. I don't know that.
This hotel has a lot of charm. The staff are so wonderful, they kept our luggage safe while hiking the Inca Trail, printed off our boarding passes and organized any transit we needed.
The stairs can be tricky with heavy luggage.
Stunning view, very good water pressure and hot water, great breakfast, good wi-fi, nice rustic decorations. A french girl working in the reception was very helpful and gave us very good advice on where to go eat and what to do in peru.
Rooms are a bit dark and stuffy.
Beautifully designed place - once you got through the front gate it feels like you've left the city behind. Not luxurious but quaint and peaceful. The view from the breakfast room is also stunning, looking right across city (you should take a taxi to the hotel if you haven't acclimatised to the altitude). Helpful staff. Cute dogs too!
Room was freezing at night so had to ask for a heater
La vista y la atención
Location above the craziness of Plaza de Armas The relaxing view Watching the fireworks over the city at night
Lots of stairs (but worth it)
The rooms were unique and had a rustic feel. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great views of the city.
We’re an Aussie couple winging it through Peru. This place was awesome. We had booked for two nights to give it a test run but then after the first night we booked for the remaining three we had in Cusco. This was certainly influenced by the hotel being nothing short of amazing. Beautifully designed by the owner, it has a cottage-like ambiance and primarily made of stone and wood. There’s a human skull in a hole in a wall whose job is to protect the home’s energy from evil spirits. All our supply and exploratory needs were met extremely well by one of their employees. We spoke little Spanish, so if we wanted to know where to go and not get ripped off, he informed us. If only we’d met him the first day, because we learnt the hard way that it’s easy to be conned. Even by a cute little old lady. Cheaper alcohol, water, food, tours etc. were all part of his personalized service. Fireplaces, comfy beds, gorgeous gardens, a fantastic breakfast and a view to die for were all-inclusive. Due to the high altitude, lighting a fire will test your skills. The walk to the city centre is only ten to fifteen minutes and of a night there are routes guarded by security for your ensured safety. Also, from our balcony we watched a shooting star skim over the valley one night, and fireworks on another. It was reverence in action. Overall, it’s relatively inexpensive so you feel like you’re getting genius value for money. I certainly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Cusco. The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms which are located up in the higher areas but as I understand it the owner is committed to getting another modem for this. Nevertheless, just walk down to the main areas, including reception and the breakfast room, and you’re connected.
THE STAFF MEMBERs WERE friendly kind all the time willing to do more than the usual for us.always pront to help.thNks so much guys.made bour trip a great expirience.
Nothing that have to do with the hotel accomodations of personal.
The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They changed our room when we wanted a bigger room with a T.V. They were always courteous with us and took the time to talk to us about our adventures in and around Cusco. They told us about places to eat, how much a taxi would cost, and where we could find places such as PeruRail, etc. The rooms were comfortable and when we asked for eggs in the morning, they were provided. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
The only disadvantage to this place was that it was set on a hill so there was a lot of walking uphill to reach it.
cute building and near San Blas area with good restaurants.
Our room was infested with (big) spiders. We killed 6 during the 1 night we were there.
Quaint, nice staff.
Room 5 had bit of a smell.
Staff is very friendly and helpful
