The staff are friendly, personable, and helpful. The hotel has style to it, with artwork and a tiny jungle-like courtyard with monkeys and a tucan. The food is also very good. It is located near the plaza of Tarapoto. The room was kind of small.

La atención muy buena, el personal muy amable. La ubicación es muy buena muy cerca al centro de la ciudad. La señal de WIFI no es muy buena en las habitaciones y el que no haya una computadora y una impresora disponible para los huéspedes, tuve un inconveniente para poder imprimir mi boarding pass.

La limpieza de el baño, el cable muy variado, el aire acondicionado comfortable, la cama un ensueño. El joven que atendiò muy buen servicio. Sugiero que mejoren el menù o la comida que sirven a la carta.

Principalmente la atención muy personalizada que brindan, en segundo lugar el confort dentro de un hotel de arquitectura rústico-ecológico, las habitaciones y servicios higiénicos impecables y el precio sumamente razonable. No puedo dejar de mencionar la ubicación inmejorable en pleno centro de la ciudad que hace fácil la conectividad y accseso a servicios turísticos. En general me gustó todo; sin embargo creo que pueden mejorar el comedor que siendo rústico puede ser mejor, las divisiones para los baños y el mobiliario (sillas plásticas) puede ser más acorde a la arquitectura.

Es un hostal donde encuentras una de las cosas que no deben de faltar, una atención personalizada, calida, casi familiar, asi como una buena ubicación, a 2cdras del centro pero tranquilo y sin ruidos molestos, se puede descansar.

La atención muy buena y esmerada, el personal muy atento. La comida: solo pudimos disfrutar del desayuno y estuvo muy variado, verdaderamente agradable. El tour sugerido por el personal, llegó a tiempo y no se midieron en los tiempos.
