The hotel is acting as an agent for trips to the Canon del Colca I paid $us50 /125soles. Asking all the passengers on the unheated mini bus They paid 60 soles each. I checked with three tourist agencies who quoted 60 soles. It is unethical an immoral for a hotel to charge 100% commission. I would not recommend dealing with these people

Great breakfast, beautiful room and garden, helpful staff. Only a few blocks from from main sights and within easy reach (by taxi) of bus station.

Four people in one room, no windows or ventilation, understandable because of architecture, but you couldn't even get us a fan. We couldn't sleep because of the heat

I was given a two-storey room, bed was upstairs while bathroom and tv were downstairs... for that kind of separation of sole entertainment appliance in room they should have comfier kind of couch.

The hotel courtyards were very beautiful and the rooms were quaint.

The staff was delightful. You open a door in a wall along a road not knowing what is on the inside and you are ushered into another world with beautiful courtyards, helpful staff and wonderful rooms full of character that you can only get from an older facility. It was also just a few blocks from great shopping and the main square of the city. Highly recommended.

Definitely the best place we stayed in Peru! Very friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful restored colonial house (owned at one point by a former Peruvian president!) with a gorgeous courtyard and garden. Our room was huge and very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great and the location was 2 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, and very close to the Santa Catalina Monastery and Juanita mummy museum. Highly recommend! A great place to come back to for a quiet retreat from the bustling city.

The suite has no window, the door goes directly to the restaurant. his suite is not a suite. Though the room was confirmed by booking.com for two nights, the hotel sent an email, while I was already on the flight, that due to overbooking they had to cancel my second night. At my arrival the hotel inforemd me that i have to leave the following moring. I have no idea, whether this is the fault of booking.com or the hotel.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. I had the suite, which was huge and comfortable. The courtyard was a great spot to read a book or catch up on email. Super fast internet.

The suite was right off the kitchen/dining room, so it was a bit loud in the morning. Minor detail.

No light in the rooms. They must hvae been old store rooms. Also, the pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Most importantly, it was very cold - there's no heat!

It's very near to the city center and everything is accessible by foot. The staff are fantastic - extremely helpful and considerate. The rooms are nice and large and the bathroom has plenty of space, hot water and a great shower. The courtyard and outside facilities are beautiful.

The bed was a little on the hard side but comfortable enough. WiFi didn't work in my room; I had to go out to the courtyard or reception area. Breakfast options were a bit slim.

The hotel was a spanish mansion a long time ago and even now after been refurbished mantain the style and the atmosphere. The patios are so beautiful and also gardens. The breakfast was good as well.

The smell of cement or the Cillar stone was very strong in the room. So when I went to sleep I felt a little sick.

Das Hotel hat keine Parkplaetze. Insoweit fallen weitere Kosten an. Ausserdem scheinen einige Zimmer kein Fenster zu haben.

Fica a 2 quadras da praça das armas e o taxista falou que é uma região perigosa, apesar de que não passei perigo nenhum. O quarto tem iluminação natural o que o deixa claro já nos primeiros raios de luz... Não recomendado para quem gosta de dormir um pouco mais. O box é de toalhinha e o banheiro fica todo molhado após o banho.
