The wifi in the bar area went off one evening..apparently it happens from time to time so don't count on a strong wifi signal while you are there. It's a good way to disconnect and fully enjoy your stay :). The mattresses of the beds are also not very qualitative.
The location of the hotel is really isolated, at the base of the mountains. The views are breathtaking, it is incredibly quiet and serene. The staff is fantastic, very pro-active, arranging the tours for you if you are interested, bringing you anything you desire. You really feel you are being taken care of. The hot springs are open 24h. There is a bar and grill right by the hotsprings so you can order refreshments. The spa is also great, with huge windows in massage rooms on the river. You can hear the river flowing while getting a massage. The food is very good and decently priced in the hotel restaurant. Overall an amazing place to relax, but you can also do a bit of hiking around and there are tours to view the condors.
