Adequate room and shower.ok breakfast. Attractive, comfortable lobby.

Night staff didn't give messages to day staff.

Great location near the old city square. Comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff.

There was no hot water in the showers. It was more "lukewarm."

Very helpful staff...spoke English well, helped get internet connection and printed out some pages for me. Comfortable king size bed (we are very tall). Quality furnishings.

It is close to main street and close to Plaza.

The surrounding environment is not really a tourist zone where hygience and security may be a concern.

We stayed one night,location is excellent, in the center close to old town. Room is ok, not very impressed. Internet is slow. For short stay is value for money.

Breakfast is quite simple, not much to eat. No hair dryer in the room. No fridge.

I liked the location, close to cultural center. The staff was friendly and supportive.

No air condition in the hotel. The room was too small. Bad smell in the bathroom Obsolete TV.

there is no a/c the rooms are very hot the room is to small for the price,they charge you for everything,local phone calls,trip to the airport etc.

This place is excellent value for money. Nothing to write home about but you get all what you need at a very reasonable price.

its good location to plaza san martin and surrounding historico area.

need fan or air condition in the room becuase it was very humid and hot...opening the window has very little air to come inside.

The hotel was a very good value. The location is excellent, the rooms are good for this price range. The staff was very accommodating. This is a good choice if you are exploring the central historic district.

The location of this hotel is ideal for those who wish to see the magnificant architecture of the old city and shop .

The hotel was unable to give change for my payment in $US. After four requests the next morning after our arrival, I decided to accept soles. The room had faults. The door lock was faulty. The curtains would not close fully and the room was lighted inside by the street lighting. The curtains were dusty and dirty. The bathroom ventilating ducting allowed the full sound of the neigbours TV to enter as well as all bathroom sounds. Some staf attitudes were unacceptable.Two of the staff had an insult culture which was very disappointing. The hotel is noisy due to its location at a busy road junction. The noise was from car horns being activated as drivers raced through the road junction . The breakfast was coffee, pastries and breads . There was insufficient tables and chairs at the time we arrived for breakfast.. The hotel at the time that we arrived was poorly light in the foyer and it felt dingy and uninviting. We booked out and went elsewhere the next day.

It was close to Plaza San Martin and Plaza de Armas....easy walking to all sites. I felt comfortable and safe there and everyone was very kind and friendly and helpful.

One thing....I asked for an important wake up call, and I even waited to be sure they had written it down at the front desk, but it was never made! Thank goodness I am a light sleeper or I would have missed an important bus connection.

The room was nice and the bathroom was new. The view from the hotel was nice.

Breakfast was not very good, it did not have many selections. The room was very cold during the night.

The staff approach was impeccable. I was travelling alone as a woman and I was feeling really safe and pampered there. The young men at the reception always helped me and adviced me on anything - where to find a good restaurant, where to shop for souvenirs, they even arranged for me a taxi ride to see the favelas. The rooms were clean and they serviced them regularly.

It was reasonably priced and centrally located. The building has clearly been given a recent upgrade. I've ticked "gay friendly" not because they openly solicited gay custom, merely that they didn't bat an eyelid when two men checked into a 'matrimonal' double room, they just confirmed that that was what we wanted (Peru is supposed to be a conservative catholic country so I was a little surprised). The staff were helpful with city guidance and storing sensitive documents in security boxes. The free wifi was ok, although a little on the slow side.

The complimentary breakfast is extremely limited, both in selection and timing (if you arrived close to closing time at 9am, there was little on offer). Basically three fruits (pineapple, rock melon and water melon), some bread buns, some sort of sliced meat, juice, coffee and tea. There was no toast or cereals. Also the double bed was literally that, a basic double which is considered small by today's standards.

they were suppose to pick us up from the airport and they never showed, very disappointing even after I confirmed pickup. Room was very small and we could hear the noise from the street. would not stay there again.
