Todo me ha gustado en el Costa del Sol, la atención es de primera, la situación en pleno centro, a dos cuadras de la Plaza de Armas, la habitación triple que nos dieron enorme y las camas y almohadas comodísimas. El baño grande. el desayuno buffet variado y muy rico. Internet gratuito. Nada

La atención del personal fue excelente, el desayuno es bueno, la habitación que nos tocó era amplia y limpia. Todas las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. La piscina es chica y los niños la ocupaban casi al 100%, pero si llegabas antes de las 10 am la encontrabas vacía.

Me gustaron las instalaciones, la ubicación y el confort. Realmente me ha disgustado la atención del personal de la recepción. A pesar de haber solicitado el servicio de despertador, no me pasaron la voz, menos mal que me levanté temprano porque mi vuelo salía a las 8:25 de la mañana. La chica de la recepción me cobró el monto en soles, a pesar que le dije que era en dólares. Llegando a Lima me llamó para decirme que se había equivocado, así que efectué el depósito por la diferencia, solicitando dos veces que me confirmaran la recepción del abono por la diferencia, pero hasta ahora no lo han hecho. Realmente, a pesar que nos gustó, no pensamos regresar.

Muy buen servicio, buen trato de parte de los trabajadores, habitacion espaciosa, conforme al 100% Por la madrugada de un día de mi estancia un trabajador tocaba demasiado fuerte la puerta de otro cliente, gritana abran, gritaban por la radio (walkie talkie)

Adorei o Hotel e já é a segunda vez que me hospedo no Costa del Sol. Tudo é maravilhoso no local, da acomodação aos funcionários, que, por sinal merecem parabéns pela cordialidade e carinho que disponibilizam aos hospedes. Impossível falar que algo não é bom no hotel.

personal muy amable, habitaciones muy limpias y amplias, bien ubicado me decidí por éste hotel por el jacuzzi y la piscina, pero no los pude usar. nunca me imaginé que el jacuzzi estaba al aire libre y no siempre estaba disponible, la piscina es muchísimo más pequeña que como se vé en las fotos, es casi una pecera y habían 4 niños que chapoteaban el agua hasta afuera y sin vigilancia haciendo imposible poder tomar un baño allí, tampoco la ví muy limpia.

Las habitaciones muy confortables El desayuno bufett de muy buena calidad y servicio La atención del personal muy atenta Solo 2 aspectos deben mejorar: 1. El proceso de espera para facturación muy lento no tengo claro si por software o PC muy lentas ( me demoraron aprox 15 minutos y finalmente tuve que regresar en otro momento). 2. Este es muy importante: a las 6 am del domingo a alguien se le ocurrio encender un motor ( al parecer de alguna bomba de agua o similar ) y el sonido fue tan desagradable que desperto a mi esposa y a mi, Tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que investiguen y apaguen. Lo hicieron despues de 20 minutos aprox.
