Es cómodo y limpio y esta bien ubicado. El precio no justifica la calidad hay hoteles que por mucho menos precio te pueden dar las mismas comodidades. Otra cosa nos cobraron una sobrecargo de 28% a mayores de la reserva de Booking a pesar de demostrarles que no viviamos en Peù nos cobraron impuestos como residentes. En suma un engaño¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ y no volvere a este hotel Jamaz (si dios quiere claro)

La primera noche que pasamos buen recibimiento,buena habitación bastante limpia y cómoda. Como nos gustó decidimos reservar otra noche cuando regresaramos de la playa,la reservación que teníamos no se tomó en cuenta...nos dieron un habitación nada limpia encontramos arañas en la cama y cucarachas en el baño...¿?

el buen servicio del hotel el casino del lado y del que se tiene acceso por el hotel, mis hijos por curiosidad entraron y practicamente fueron echados del lugar, me pareció que no había ningún aviso de restricción de ingreso, el personal del casino fue violento y al intervenir en defensa de mis hijos casi fui agredido físicamente. DEBE MEJORAR

1.-La cocina de muy buena calidad, los garzones muy atentos siempre dispuestos a tus requerimientos 1.- En Recepcion deberian , tener cambios de us$ a soles no lo hacen y te mandan al Casino , que pertenece al Hotel,donde la persona a cargo te coloca mil problemas para no efectuarlo 2.-Mucho ruido externo se siente en las habitaciones del 1·* piso sobre todo en la noche y fin de semana por la musica del casino 3.-El sistema de internet no es de lo mejor.

Fui con mi hija como parte de un tour del norte del Peru. Le encantó la piscina, por su limpieza y el calor del agua. También le gustó la comodidad del cuarto, y la ubicación céntrica del hotel.

El personal es muy amable, te ayudan en todo. Perfecto para ir a Ecuador. Esta a 25 minutos en taxi. Te cobran 40 soles. Y a 15 del aeropuerto te cobran en taxi 20 soles. Las habitaciones son viejas, incluso me encontré con hormigas por la mañana en mi cama. El wifi muy mal. No pude viajar por la red ya que la cobertura era muy baja. Creo que no mejoran instalaciones ya que no tienen competencia en la zona de tumbes. Es el mejor de tumbes. Si quieres dormir y estas acostumbrado a tener a unos servicios mínimos sólo esta este hotel. Para encontrar otro hotel tienes que viajar a 25 minutos más al sur. Por lo cual recomendaría este hotel ya que no existe otro.

j ai aime l acceuil tres chaleureux du personnel toujours au petit soins et curieux de savoir si tout etait parfait. Les Peruviens sont tres souriants et aimables. un hic tout de meme : ils ne parlent pas l Anglais alors si on ne parle pas l Espagnol ca reste un dialogue de sourds:

Limpieza y atencion del personal al ingreso y salida La atención en el restaurante no fue la adecuada. Se pidió jugos y sandwitchs y se demoraron cerca de 1 hora (de 9 a 10 pm).

Barens och retaurangens personal var mycket trevliga , särskild Renato . vi var utan varmvatten hela våran tid där. Placeringen av hotellet ingen bra läge för oss som ville åt havet . Mera buinesshotel än familjehotel.

La atención del personal der recepciòn y el personal auxiliar El ruido en la habitaciòn , el equipo de aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y ademas habvía un grillo .. nos acompaño la noche entera con su canto intermitente .
