Proposal on booking 'smart deal' does not at all correspond to the reality. They offer the presidential suite at a good price 209 usd in stead of 1039 usd but once arrived and after you have paid they give you a small standard room claiming that there is a problem with the website posting and photos. So they are cheating you completely. Be also aware of all the extras: 10 usd per hour Internet, breakfast 25 usd, extra 'service charges' 10 percent extra on room rate. If you want to play Golf, they will inform you a price of 130 usd without including 18 percent vat or igv. All amounts have also to be paid in local currency at terrible converting rate. At the end price goes so much up and price/quality rate is very bad. Besides swimming pool and fitness room is a big joke. Swimming pool is extremely small and fitnessroom has basic equipment. Location is also very bad and you can find much better options in Miraflores eg Radisson Miraflores is very good and includes everything for half of the price in usd. Even top end hotel Westin is much cheaper when you book on time.

Would I stay there again? Hardly. After an exhausting search for Lima hotels, I booked the room because the Grand Suite had a balcony. I love balconies so this was it. Upon arrival the front desk tried to put us into a small somewhat dark room with no balcony. I went to the front desk and the young woman said that they didn’t have other rooms but that room had a whirlpool. I don’t care about whirlpools. I tried to call Bookings.com and when I reached someone, they said, ‘There’s nothing I can do if the hotel won’t give you a better room.” When I approached the manager, who was very nice, and showed her my copy of the confirmation for the Grand Suite, she made a copy of it. She gave us a different room which did have a balcony and was somewhat larger. She stated she had upgraded us. We were exhausted after trekking many miles to Machu Picchu and having an early morning flight and waiting in the lobby for over an hour. So we took the room. It was nicer than the first and we wanted to see Lima, not wrangle about our room. Later I noticed it had only on chair—what kind of suite has only one chair? And there wasn’t a sofa such as the confirmation stated. Upon being back in the us and looking at the Bookings website for the hotel, I realized we had the Master Suite priced at $210/night, not the Grand Suite at $250/night that we had booked and paid for. The picture for the Master suite was identical to where we stayed in with its older furniture and not at all like the Grand Suite, which was larger, with its slightly more modern furnishings and sliding glass door. We didn’t get what we had booked and paid for. They said (the Manager, I think) said something about the person responsible for the Web info was incorrect in saying what was available. It still is not what we booked and paid for. Before sending us to the first dreary room, the front desk clerk was quick to say that since we had booked on the web we had no breakfast with the room.

Beautiful Spanish Colonial hotel with elegant lobby, restaurant and bar. Interesting and sophisticated. Safe neighborhood for walking

Pay 10 soles for bread and water my reservacion through booking.com was not including breakfast. Unacceptable. Taxi prices higher than going market rates nice looking hotel, but its old, and things are not that great

We choose CC Lima Hotel as an extention of our tour, for one night to celibrate my wife's birthday. We were very pleased with the hotel and we enjoyed an excellent dinner. We had a late night flight and the staff was very helpful with storing and getting our bags to us when we arrived to pick them up that evening. Thanks for a memorable time.

Me ha gustado todo mucho. El personal en general es bastante bueno pero resaltan mas los del area de cosejería. Excelentes.

Sin desconocer que la habitacion es linda, grande y comoda. La falta de poder abrir las ventanas y sentir el aire mañanero no da la calificación de excelente. Estuve en el piso de abajo. No se, como son las otras. Pero es en solo como una critica constructiva.

O quarto e o banheiro eram muito confortáveis.

Um hotel que se considera 5 estrelas não deveria cobrar pelo uso de internet wifi. Além disso, on café da manhã também deveria estar incluído no preço da diária.

Me ofreció el hotel un taxi de regreso al Aeropuerto en s140 . Al llegar a Lima una Empresa en el mismo Aeropuerto me cobro s40. Contrate vía satelital un taxi de regreso en los mísmos s40 El hotel no debe ser cómplice de esta frescura. No me respetaron el precio promedio de US 265 contratado con Booking.com Muy mal olor en la habitación,me parece por desagüe del baño. Estos comentarios los hice ver en el mismo hotel.

El personal del hotel es verdaderamente desagradable. Pertenecen a esa categoría de empleados aristocráticos que gustan de hacerse los finos y los elegantes y no del bienestar de sus huéspedes.

Gimnasio y piscina pequeños y basicos

Situado en un barrio muy bonito, en un edificio antiguo, las habitaciones muy amplias, confortables y bien decoradas. Las zonas comunes son muy elegantes, el restaurante es bueno con una terraza muy agradable. En conjunto me ha gustado mucho.

El personal de recepción es muy antipático y lento. En el hotel cobran 45$ por un taxi a el aeropuerto, saliendo del hotel a mano izquierda, está el hotel Libertador, con un montón de taxistas en la puerta, si contratas a uno de ellos, cobran 23$, son buenos, puntuales y serviciales.

El hotel es una joya. Su persona es extremadamente atento y servicial. La decoración colonial es exquisita. Su terraza donde se sirven los desayunos, comidas y cenas es muy agradable.

Todo excepcional!

Maksoimme hotellista ylihintaa, koska tilasimme 50m2 sviitin ja saimme 35m2 sviitin, huonepalvelija myönsi huijauksen ja ihmetteli pomojensa "huijausta", muttei voinut asialle mitään, lisäksi tarjoilijoiden taso oli aivan surkea, eivät osanneet englantia ja tarjoilivat punaviiniä "maitolasista", täysin amatööreja, en suosittele hotellia kenellekään.
