Cleanliness and staff Hotel attention. Excellent service.
Price for renting a sailboat seemed quite high.
The staff was very friendly and polite.
The rooms were great, the bed and the pillow wonderful. Its my second time in this hotel. The people that worked there is very helpful. We didnt eat there so I dont know about the food. The pool and the other places were clean and great.
Amazing view. Very peaceful and quiet place. Excellent service.
Quality of food. Hotel needs to designate areas for families with small children
Attitude of staff, efficient and friendly
Restaurant was diappointing, bred served with butter in a plastic paper is definately not according to peruvian good quality resraurants
Room with excellent sea view. Nice equiped suite with beautiful balkony
The service is terrible.
Price of a five stars with the service of a B&B.
Room key never worked. Too many ants in bedroom
The music was to loud outside when in my room at night
Food was very good
Breakfast was expensive and not that much variety
Comfy bed and spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
Everything was excellent!
Front desk staff is not good enough , they need to smile a little bit more.
Restaurant staff is great.
No toys for use. SUP's, windsurfing equip, kayaks etc.
Big misunderstanding arranging a car pickup from Ica. Driver didn't showed up at the bus station as scheduled until we called to the hotel couple of times. They didn't think to recommended us to travel until Paracas so we had a long 80 km to travel in a tiny Daewoo car, with some luggage on the front seat. Also had to pay for this ride.
Excellent pool. Also excellent food and service. Friendly and helpful staff. Location of the hotel was not so close to the port but they arrange transport services and trips to the islands. Got a free room upgrade to a direct sea view to compensate with the pickup mess.
Food is a little pricey. 8 soles per bottle of water.
This hotel is perfect for a week end getaway. Service is great and the food is amazing; though a little expensive. Several tours are also offered but you need to contact the hotel prior to your arrival. I strongly recommend the Islas Ballestas.
Free pisco sour welcome drink (horrifically made and so terrible a taste that we left ours), Sunday evening meal (food delivered to table in wrong order, white wine on offer was Cabernet)....
Beach, pool, wi-fi signal, lunchtime ceviches....
Doorman/security kept asking my wife as we entered the hotel if she was a guest.. we understand security is a priority but just seemed strange we stayed 5 nights and the hotel was dead yet they couldn't remember us?
Pool Beach Staff
Wonderful ocean views, delicious food and the nicest staff. Simply delightful!
NO amenities like slippers, toothbrush (You have to complain to get them). Cannot swim in the beach (filled with birds and algae). NO separations in the balcony, no privacy from the next room. Buffet lunch and dinner, not worth the money.
Relatively new hotel (About 5 years old).
The room was priced in USD but the hotel took payment in local currency using an exchange rate that was far above the market exchange rate at the time, which raised the cost of our rooms considerably.
- Overpriced food that was of poor quality compared to any typical peruvian restuarant. -Wouldn't turn on Jacuzzi because it was windy even after I request. -Thin walls so you can hear everything -Keys work poorly on doors so just entering is hard - No seal on door so all the sand blew into our room - You have to wear a writsband at all times. They say it is for access but only one of the three entrances is guarded.
View and location was beautiful
I didn't care for piped in pop music outdoors which can be heard from the balcony. It distorts the tranquility and views of the bay with it's teeming bird life.
The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.
Staff was great, didnt see any buffet but the food was good. From the restaurant Mr. Tomas and Pedro made our stay really special. Hot pool was awesome in winter. I really recommend it.
