We were the only guests at times and Julian, the gentleman in charge of the dining room, put our table in front of a crackling log fire and served us there. The food was simple but wholesome and delicious. We had no hot water for two days and this was difficult for our party travelling with a young baby in August. We had communicated with the hotel about providing a cot for the baby by direct email and left our own travel cot in Lima. The hotel did not have one for us and this was also difficult and vexing. There was no attempt to make recompense to us for having to wash in cold water and having to spend so many hours trying to have the problem fixed. We would not recommend this hotel as there were much prettier options in Yucay and Ollytaytambo which would have allowed access to Inca trail walks directly from the hotel and nice eating options in Ollytaytambo.

Hotel staff, quietness, location in nature, nice decorations in restaurant and gardens. No tv and no telephone in the rooms, so it is impossible to call the reception if needed.

Relación calidad/precio estupenda. Fácil de encontrar y acceder, cosa que no se puede decir de todos los hoteles de la zona. Es un hotel bonito y con muchas zonas verdes y jardines. En la reserva con booking dice que incluye media pensión cuando no es así, o por lo menos cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que no nos daban cena. El desayuno, además, no es buffet. Mejorable algún detalle como que la puerta del baño no se cerraba.

Habitacion grande, muy comoda, tranquila, personales amables, moto-taxi dedicado, comida buena (lomo saltado, pollo a la plancha riquisimos), conveniente para viajes hasta pisac o ollanta.

O esforço dos atendentes em resolver as limitaçoes do hotel deve ser colocado como o ponto alto do hotel O hotel esta em comstruçao. Demorou para ter agua quente, o restaurante exibia um pobrissimo menu. E ha pouquissimas opçoes de lazer no proprio hotel

Un hotel precioso, con una vista increible, muy relajante, la atención del personal excelente, el gerente nos trató con las mejores atenciones y nos brindo todas las facilidades que requerimos, la comida deliciosa, el barman un señor muy atento que incluso se quedó mas de su hora de trabajo solo por atendernos, recomendable al 100%.

Le thé aux feuilles de coca qui est offert et qui est délicieux. J'avais reservé une chambre via booking, pour passer le réveillon avec un groupe d'une centaine de personnes, famille et amis d'amis, qui le fêtait dans cet hôtel. Résultat: en arrivant, les deux réceptionnistes, clairement dépassées par les événements, m'apprennent que l'hôtel est plein et que je vais être transférée dans un autre hôtel. Bref, au final, j'ai partagé la chambre d'une personne du groupe, pour avoir la désagréable surprise de découvrir que booking m'avait soutiré le prix de la Chambre que je n'avais pas reçue, pour cause de no-show... Bref, compliqué. Autres remarques:Cet hôtel refuse les cartes visa, contrairement à ce que prétend booking, et n'accepte que les paiements en dollars américains (les soles sont refusés, ce qui est assez invraisemblable). Bref, un endroit calme et relativement entretenu, mais un vrai souci du coté du staff, qui fait vraiment n'importe quoi!

Los jardines son preciosos y tienen un encanto especial. La comida muy rica aunque el menú un tanto escaso. Las habitaciones son muy frías y con acabados no muy buenos. El hotel dice que tiene spa pero hasta dentro de 3 meses nos dijeron que no estaría acabado. Da la sensación de que el hotel lo están reformado poco a poco. Tiene muy buena pinta y buenas perspectivas pero todavía les falta terminarlo.
