The breakfast was really good. I wouldnt miss it The hotel is a fair walk from the Plaza de Armas. Also, the bathroom was rather outdated and poorly done.

The price of the room, comfortable bed, and the buffet breakfast. Although it is 15 minutes walk to the city center, it is strategically located near the craft market. Also the flat screen tv and free wifi and coco tea It is also best suited for a large tour group

Clean Sometime helpful staff Did not honor king bed booking? Gave us a poor room with a King next to lobby/handicapped when I insisted on a King Bed. No shuttle service to airport as advertised

Reasonable room rate for a 3-stars hotel. Located downtown but long walking distance to the main historical square (tourist area). Boring breakfast. Noisy due to open atrium design.

complimentary Coca tea Breakfast buffet was incomplete each morning. there was always something missing... the last day even plain water was missing and attendant say could not replace it, said we had to buy a bottle if we wanted, ... to take pills for instance. Something is wrong with the logistics... not tuned up management, I guess.

The best was the breakfast! Real nice english breakfast .and the staff was real friendly ! (the front desk) I was more than one week there I can not call austria from the hotel !! for 4 star hotel its not possible !!and clean in the rooms also for 4 stars thats not possible !I was in hotels the had no stars and was better !! it was a awefull stay. To put the staff its a very expensive room .also the menu is not new the have meal the dont have the things for ( tofu with vegatables no tofu for more than one week !the had a party in the hotel so the kitchen says the have also no palta and more things how ever all in all I am sorry to say never ever eco inn !

Es un hotel funcional, esta limpio, seria un tipo AC de 3 estrellas en España, se tarda 15 minutos andando a la plaza de armas ya que por la altitud se camina despacio, pero es muy facil ya que es seguir la Av/ del sol todo recto. Justo en frente tiene un mercado de artesanias. Es un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero no tiene minibar, el colchón es demasiado duro, las sabanas están muy bien, pero las toallas podrian mejorar. Hay que dejar la habitación a las 9:00 h máximo 10:00 h de la mañana, aunque te guardan la maleta.
