limpio, cuartos amplios, free internet, since it is a hotel in a tourist city of cusco, i think that the personnel should be knowledgeable of things to do in and around the city, especially since the guests will most likely be tourists that want to know what to do... for example noboday told us about the city tours, and when we found out about it, we asked at the front desk, and they did not know the times, or where to get tickets, etc... also, they did not know about kusikay show... i had to go online to find out all the details... sometghing they should have the information readily available... this lack of knowledge of things to do in the area is something that should be included and should be improved by the hotel... |

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and the staff were courteous and accommodated all of our needs (even when we had to wait out a night bus - we were able to use the internet and store our bags for the day). The food at the hotel was delicious and it is right across the street from the largest cultural market in Cusco. It is a long kilometre uphill to the Plaza Des Armas - but that is quite touristy and you might not want to be right there anyways. I would stay here again. The only downside is that the lobby is open to the first 4 floors. We were on the 4th floor and could hear the early morning (4am) tour groups leaving for Machu Picchu. But we asked if we could move and we got a much quieter room on the 5th floor. So..not so bad!!! |

The interior patio which gives the hotel a bright atmosphere. Room was very bare, no magazine about the city, poor toiletries, very minimal though the price is not this eco. |

O café da manhã é excelente. Não há nenhum ponto realmente negativo no hotel. A única desvantagem (que é passageira e não se pode considerar causada pelo hotel) é obra que está havendo na rua em frente ao hotel, que prejudica um pouco o acesso às instalações. |

Serviço excelente da equipe de serviço de quarto e recepção. Pessoal super prestativo, quartos excelentes e localização privilegiada (bem perto da rua principal da cidade). O restaurante seria algo que eu simplesmente evitaria caso voltasse a este hotel. |

Cuzco ist die Kulturhauptstadt Perus! Das Hotel bietet unkomplizierten Check in und liegt gegenüber dem Bahnhof der Bahnstrecke nach Puno.Frühstück von 500h-1000h (reichlich und gut). Zum Stadtzentrum ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss! Das Hotel ist laut! Die Bäder sind klein! Keine Minibar! Die Hotelküche ist mittelmässig!Das Hotel war mit ca 100 US-Dollars pro Nacht zu teuer! Essen und Schlafen in Cuzco sind deutlich teurer als in anderen Gegenden Perus! |

El personal es muy amable y atento. El Inka Spa. Camas muy comodas. Bano grande con una ducha excelente.Seguro. Hora de Checkout a las 09:00. Es demasiado temprano. No se porque el Eco Inn se llama "Eco". No veo mucha cosa ecologico. La habitacion no es muy acogedora. Estilo "corporate design". |
