Reasonable room rate for a 3-stars hotel. Located downtown but long walking distance to the main historical square (tourist area). Boring breakfast. Noisy due to open atrium design.

The staff was most helpful and the location was especially good for us as our son lives within walking distance. The noise from the restaurant could be heard from one of our rooms.

Clean Sometime helpful staff Did not honor king bed booking? Gave us a poor room with a King next to lobby/handicapped when I insisted on a King Bed. No shuttle service to airport as advertised

Location was good, markets directly across the road were amazing. The hotel and rooms itself were nice and fairly modern. Breakfast was delicious! Far too noisy. The hotel was open planned and the acoustics were terrible. We were on the top floor and got hardly any sleep and that was with earplugs in!

Hotel was modern and clean. Had all the ammenities you would need. Staff was very helpful and friendly - they stored our luggage while we did the Inca Trail. Rooms had heaters and extra blankets. Breakfast buffet (included) was excellent. Much better price through Booking.com than with the hotel directly! Beds were comfortable but very firm. Restaurant is over priced if you eat there for lunch or supper.

complimentary Coca tea Breakfast buffet was incomplete each morning. there was always something missing... the last day even plain water was missing and attendant say could not replace it, said we had to buy a bottle if we wanted, ... to take pills for instance. Something is wrong with the logistics... not tuned up management, I guess.

Good value for money and a good spa. Staff is very helpful. Doesn't have the style or sophistication that you expect from a 4-star hotel. Location is ok, but not great.

Inca Spa! Tiled shower cubicle somewhat downgraded the standard of the room as it is harder to keep clean and I had to wear my flip flops into the shower.

Breakfast buffet. No air conditioning in the room. Hardly any staff knew English. Getting fresh air meant opening the apartment balcony doors at the 2nd level to the street. Whilst asleep this was a security risk. The TV did not work until the last two nights of the six night stay.

Assistance and friendliness of staff was excellent. I needed help on a few matters and was very happy with the helpfulness of the staff at Reception, Technical and restaurant. I did not have A/C in my room ( no. 422 ). I became very warm and I had too little air - needed to have a fan brought to my room.
