I liked the location of the hotel. The cont. breakfast was superb! The staff were very friendly and very pleasant. The noise from the construction all day. Also, there was a leak coming from the outside to our bathroom. We told the staff numerous times about the leak but never got fixed or got back to us about it. |

The staff are super-friendly and helpful. Very family-oriented and welcoming. The first room we were given was directly over the bar and kitchen, resulting in all-night noise and early morning cooking smells. This room, 301, should in my opinion be left empty. However hotel moved us to another room on request. |

Large room with great view. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff with useful information on taxi prices and distances to airport. Free internet. Good buffet breakfast in fancy restaurant Some building work going on nearby but hotel gave us a box a chocolates to thank us for our understanding, it really didn't bother us. |

I have stayed at this hotel approx. 6 times now and have never had a bad experience. All in all though it is a comfortable place with clean rooms and a nice restaurant/lounge. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The room also had a sauna in the room which was an added feature. The only thing that surprised me this time was that the breakfast buffet was included but twice they charged me for eggs. Also 2 persons were included on the room but they would only cover one breakfast buffet. |

reception stuff was very friendly and helpful Construction is too closed to hotel and it's too loudly all day. Chambermaid sone times tried to enter to closed room only to ask about have we something to laundry or not when we to pack up things to leave the hotel. We are afraid a little bit of so active stuff )). |

Es un hotel familiar, acogedor, muy bien ubicado, con personal amable dispuesto a ayudar. El servicio es bueno. Considerando que te ofrecen el desayuno buffet, el precio de la habitación es aceptable. Cuando llegué me hicieron un voucher, que lo firmé, y luego me llamaron para decirme que se habían equivocado y que debía firmar uno nuevo. |
