I really loved the family of hotel owners - they cared about me as if I were their daughter. The room was spacious and clean, good wifi. Location is good - quiet and secure - 10 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes drive to Cuzco city center - taxis are very cheap and come 5 min after the call.
Staff very very friendly, makes you feel at home and help out with questions. couldn't have been at a better place
Hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast.
Martha, the owner, is so lovely! She acts like a mother and makes you feel totally at home. We arrived late so she ordered food for us and when my girlfriend was sick she really helped us, as her son and her husband are both doctors. She also went together with us to the commercial center of the neighborhood to show us everything. The breakfast is also very good.
Its not soo close to the center of Cusco, but this is good because you can stay far from the noise of the city, its a residential neighborhood so its very quiet, and the taxi to plaza de armas is so inexpensive (1,5 USD) that going there and coming back is not a pain at all. The room gets a little bit cold as there is no heater and the curtains are somewhat thin, so light passes through very easily. But those were minor issues.
The owner was very welcoming and friendly, helping us out on all our tourist needs. Excellent views from the room of the Cusco mountainsides Excellent breakfast was made and nothing left to want for.
The hostel owners very friendly, son and father both doctors who were very caring in treatment of my altitude sickness, good wifi, comfy beds, very clean, excellent views.
- Spacious room. - Very clean.
- Unstable hot shower. - some rooms facing the road is noisy. - no hair dryer (owner said that they plan to buy one).
