Muy buena opción para alojarse en Cusco. Excelente ubicación, a 10 minutos de la plaza de armas. El desayuno buffet muy bueno. Tiene servicio de guardaequipaje que fue bastante útil, ya que ibamos a Machu Picchu y volvíamos hasta el día siguiente.

Agradable y cómodo, la habitación estaba pequeña pero todo bien organizado, el baño estaba amplio, el desayuno variado. La gente no sabe donde estan los hoteles y aunque el autobus nos dejo a una cuadra tuvimos que caminar de mas para buscar el hotel por que nos informaron mal, ademas de que la numeración no coincide o no existe en algunos casos.

Buen precio, buena ubicacion y se ve mejor en la vida real que en las fotos. Si, el ruido de la calle se siente demasiado por que las ventanas no tienen marcos. Ademas, el internet no funciona en las habitaciones y aun en el lobby es muy mala la señal.

Tinha realizado reserva para quarto para casal, qundo chegue só haviam quarto com cama de solteiro, depois me conseguiram um quarto cm cama de casal, porém acordei as 1:30 da manhã com a chuva cando sobre minha cabeça, pois o quarto ficava no último andar e o telhado estava com goteiras que coriam sobre a estrutura e caíam bem em nossas cabeças. Tivemos de levantar no meio da madrugada e mover a pesadíssima cama para uma parte do quarto onde não haviam goteiras. O banheiro com banheira, inundava completamente, deixando o chão todo molhado. Como só passei uma noite,na manhã seguinte fui reclamar, me ofereceram um almoço como compensação ao ocorrido. Foi o mínimo, mas além disso o hotel fica longe de onde tudo acontece, que é a Plaza de Armas, tem que se tomar um taxi de 3 Soles.

El hotel es muy bueno, nos recibieron de manera calida y cordial, la habitacion lleno mis expectativas, una de las dificultades del hotel fue las vias de accesos que estaban remodelando la avenida, pero supongo que es temporal. Relativamente todo estuvo bien, lo que sugiero es variar un poco mas el desayuno.

El soporte para visitar Machu Pichu a través del estacionamiento de los vehículos y la guarda de las valijas es fundamental para una visita confortable. No se como la hubiera programado de otra forma. La encargada del hotel está atenta a solucionarte todos tus problemas. Muy recomendable alojarse para visitar Cuzco Machu Pichu y Valle Sagrado. El estacionamiento es apartado del hotel pero dejas el auto el primer día y lo vuelves a recoger al irte ya que no lo utilizas en una ciudad de tránsito muy caótico y con atracciones limitadas al casco histórico.

La buena atención, especialmente del conserje de la noche que tuvo la consideración en cuanto a nuestra llegada de los tours a la madrugada. Es un hotel que se destaca por su limpieza.
