El hotel es nuevo, solo que la habitaciones muy pequeñas y deberian tener friobar. Se me perdio dinero en el primer dia y la segunda noche, regrese en la madrugada y mi habitacion estaba abierta, malos empleados.

Me pareció muy mala lA atención no nos recogieron del aeropuerto x que habíamos comprado la reserva x booking me hicieron sentir todo el tiempo que había pagado barato cuando realmente el precio de booking era el mismo q ellos ofrecían en el hotel pero al parecer sentían que era menos por el tema de las comisiones que le pagan a booking , estas se las cargan o hacen sentir al cliente ! Tampoco me quisieron trasladar al sauce resort x q también había comprado x booking me querían cobrar 300 soles x el traslado ! Pésima atención al cliente x lo que uno paga ! Este hotel me costo 220 soles y el Sauce resort 400 y me hicieron sentie q pague poco y me dijeron que si hubiera compradp directo esto no hubiera pasado ! Es una estafa nunca me señalaron que no incluía traslado La atención al cliente ! Te tratan mal x comprar x booking no te solucionan nada y te dicen que si hubieras comprado directo esto no pasaría

del hotel me gusto su limpieza el aire acondicionada mejor es con ventilador y sus istalaciones parece carcel no tienes donde moverte y para el precio 180 soles por esta instalación no le recomiendo anadie mejor esta el rio cumbaza y esta 130 y es el doble de longitud de este hotel

La atencion del personal es excelente siempre estan prestos a ayudarte en todo lo que puedan. Las habitaciones no cuentan con closet y no hay friobar.
