did´t feell good at this hotel the service of the employees and the owner. They don´t know what costumer service is. They didn´t want to recive my cvredit card to pay the hotel. They lied about the connection had a problem. The trhut is thay don´t want to pay the fee for use credit cards, so tehy tell de costumer the line is down. You have to get ungry and say is this pay form or take the numbers of my credit card and call the bank to make the transaccion. at this point, for some haw, the line was good and my cvredir card pass as well. The same thing happened whit my friends.

Bem perto da Plaza de Armas, quartos amplos, bons preços, e oferecem guarda-volumes grátis para quem vai a Machu Picchu. O contato prévio (antes da chegada no hotel), poderia ser melhor (não respondem emails).

スタッフが親切です。マチュピチュに行くのに一日留守にしましたが、帰ってくると同じ部屋を用意して、荷物- も置いてありました。本当はシングルが６０ドルのところをブッキングコムで５２ドルだったので、カードが使- えませんでした。ペルーじたいカードを使うときに手数料がいるなど、クレジットカードの普及か欧米に比べて- 遅れているように思いました。

Localização O funcionário do hotel ficou insistindo para que pagassemos em dinheiro chegando a ser desagradável, os corredores tinham cheiro forte de cigarro, quando chegávamos para o café da manha já nao tinha mais leite e café (as 9:00) e até o ovo frito era cobrado por fora.

Su excelente ubicación a los centros históricos. El walter del baño se atoro solo. Se demoro en atenderlo. Las frazadas son muy pesadas. La decoración de cuartos no es de agrado.

La predispocisión de sus empleados para satisfacer cualquier pedido que se les haga. Particularmente no me cobraron el parking, y además, me consiguieron una manta para cubrir mi moto.

O atendimento dos funcionários. Com exceção da gerente todos os funcionários foram bastante atenciosos e solícitos. O café da manhã é muito fraco.
