Breakfast was not ready on 0500am. guest are leaving for sightseeing or depart to another city are quite early morning so they should be ready on time if they are informed breakfast frm 0500am.

Cost was reasonable, beds were comfortable, free breakfast very nice.

Desk staff did not smile or even speak all that much. My room the sink was clogged and the hair dryer didn't work. The staff did eventually fix these issues.

The room was very clean and reasonably comfortable. It was near the main plaza.

The day we went to Machu Picchu, we were very late getting back to the hotel. When we arrived the door was locked. There was a sign that said bell. We pushed the bell repeatedly but no one answered. We waited and tried again. I was very cold and of course we were anxious to get inside. We finally began knocking on the door which was basically iron grate covered with glass panels. We were not knocking hard but one of the panels broke. Finally a man came to open the door and let us in. Just a few minutes after we arrived in the room the phone rang and it was the manage who cussing at us for breaking the glass. I did not have a problem paying for the glass but the cussing was unnecessary, and very much not appreciated.

Hotel is less than a block from the main plaza in Cusco. An ATM and a very well stocked market are between the hotel and the plaza. The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating, they will store bags and flag down taxis. With early flights into Cusco, the hotels check in times were excellent. It was great to be able to check in at 7am after 24 hours of travel and sleep for a while.

WiFi service is only usable from the lobby areas both upstairs and downstairs. Concrete walls make it almost unusable in most of the rooms. It is very easy to sit in both areas to use the WiFi.

朝食が早朝の5時スタートで、大変に助かった。フロントスタッフの対応もよかった。室内は清潔であった。

ルームによっては、スチーム暖房が設置されているにもかかわらず、差し込みがコンセントに入らなかったり、- 差し込めても暖房が入らないで朝夕がさむい時があった。シャワーの温度調節ができず、しばしば水になり震え- 上がってしまった。

Excelenta ubicación, buena relación precio calidad, posibilidad de desayunar a primerísima hora, disposición de su personal para resolver inquietudes o necesidades del huesped.

Ein recht angenehmes Drei-Sterne-Hotel in hervorragender, zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und zumindest in unserem Zimmern, das nach hinten lag, sehr ruhig. Service war gut und WLAN verfügbar, wenn auch nicht immer Zimmer.

Hotel muito bem localizado, muito limpo e aconchegante. Cama muito boa, banheiro satisfatório com uma boa ducha quente. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, é apenas razoável.

Procure por quartos que não sejam virados pra rua, pois por ser bem central é um pouco barulhento.
