Our second visit to Lima and Four Points this year, and once again very happy we stayed here. Comfortable beds and comfortable rooms that are kept super clean. Quiet room on the 11th floor. Lots of selection at a nice breakfast buffet. Staff very pleasant and friendly and doing all they can to ensure a great stay. What more could one ask for? Make sure to stop by the bar to get a Pisco Sour from Jeam-Pierre, as they are outstanding! We used the pick-up service to and from the airport. While it might cost a little more than a local taxi, there is the peace of mind in doing so, and the vehicles used are newer and quite comfortable. What was really nice on our arrival was that our driver was waiting for us at the airport, in spite of us being three hours late and arriving after midnight - it was certainly a big relief to see him standing there with our names on a sign after such a long day. The trip each way only took about 40 minutes, but I think we were lucky with traffic, as it took considerably longer in February when we were in Lima.

The location was convenient, in walking distance to shopping and various points of interest. Clean and safe area.
Lack of bottled water! Staff was not accommodating when it came to additional bottles of water. My wife informed them I was not well enough to leave the room, staff stated that they would not provide complimentary bottles unless we opted for maid service. In addition they commented when she requested to purchase 6 (mini) bottles as if too many. I wish they had informed my wife of the nearby grocery store. Overall, it was not the Starwood experience I have come to expect.

No heat in room. I was provided extra blankets, however, with everything being so modern I thought I would have heat.
Staff were very helpful in general. They offered me various options when I explored whether I should keep the room until the evening when I was going to depart. The room was very spacious and I was pleasantly surprised wifi worked very well.
There was no hot water when I wanted to take a shower one early afternoon. Rang for assistance. They wanted to first find out if I actually knew how to turn on hot water and asked a whole bunch of questions (which I thought was the right protocol). The girl initially suggested to send someone to my room to check and I told her it had nothing to do with the set up in my room. She then said she'd ask the technician to check what's going on and would ring me back. I didn't get a call back in 15 minutes and checked the water in the meantime. It's still cold but a little warmer. I just went ahead to take a shower anyway. I rang again after my shower to report that it's not yet fixed, and I couldn't wait longer as I had to head out. The girl was apologetic. When I returned in the evening, there's hot water again. It was just one incident and it was addressed in the end, but I just never thought that could happen at a Four Points.

Although it was stated to be "view on the city", it was just view on the interior of a hall. Room in 3rd floor has few daylight.

I didn't like the expensive taxi to the airport....
Bad smell in room. No writing desk or office chair. Loud hall noises, especially staff conversations in hallways . No gym. Just a small room crowded with a couple of treadmills and no exercise equipment.
Very good room with bottle water and soft mattress. Room is big and reminder from the hotel is sweet. Good location and easily access to 3 supermarket near by.
Kettle should be offered in this kind of high-class hotel. Portable sprinkler in the shower will be helpful. Choice of Room service and breakfast can be improved.
The two best things about the hotel are the location and the helpful staff! Special thanks to Katya for helping me out when I left my phone in a taxi... She went out of her way to help me.
To compensate the bad experience the hotel offered us the airport transfer for free
We arrived at 12h30 and we had to wait till 3 pm to get a room. Once in the room they made us wait 45 mins to sort a problem with our television, only to tell us then that they could not fix it and knew about it. We found that the personal was rude and the services were far from international standards especially for a branded hotel like Sheraton Four Points. Food: just avoid room service...

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel in June, and it was in an excellent location in Miraflores. The hotel was very clean, the shower with great water pressure. They even provide free converter if you don't have one, and a free welcome drink. The customer service is great, and breakfast is good with different selections every day. The only thing is Wi-fi is a bit slow. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel!
I was over charged by the hotel and still have not received my money back. I have complained to Booking.com as well as to the staff in Miraflores and my credit card company. At this point, I will never stay in a Sheraton again if this is not correct and I am compenstated for all of my trouble.

If you can try not to use the hotel cab as it is more expensive.. get a cab off the street and it is cheaper
