Clean rooms, very friendly staff, just did not get enough oxygen during the first two nights. Probably due to the altitude
- breakfast - wifi worked in our room (only because our room was on the main floor) - fridge, stove, microwave oven
No hook or enough counter space in bathroom
laundry possible (6 soles/kg) very kind and helpful stafff
hotel was really clean, good beds, wifi was very fast once we had the reception reset the connection. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. Extremely good value for money
Staff didn't speak good english. A decent 15-20minute walk from plaza del armas...only a 4peso taxi ride though.
The room is clean .and even I book a room for individual but there are two beds for myself. If you wanna go poroy train station to Machu Picchu, they are friendly to help you call the taxi.
Location a little bit far away from the main square about 15 minutes on feet. You may hear a little noisy from the outside. And Wifi didn't work a plenty of time. That's the worst.
Clean rooms Comfortable bed
Lack of a desk in the room
Size of the rooms, bed, bathroom, ambiente, clean
Just some rooms have "real" windows. Others are going inside. When the fruit at breakfast is eaten it will not be refilled.
Friendliness of the staff Clean Affordable tours Nice bathrooms
Breakfast Noise Wi-fi connection Lack of privacy
The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were very comfortable with our stay... One of them even went to the supermarket to buy some Peruvian food for us as a favor as we did not have time!
No elevator and the room layout was a little funky. The street though safe and just a 10 minute walk from the main central plaza- was not the best.
Everything you'd expect from a 3 star re cleanliness and comfort.
Breakfast was a little basic
Nelly roman the manager was lovely. We stayed here 2 nights and returned for another 2 and requested a room away from the stairs. Nelly sorted us right out. We were also able to safely store a bag while we visited the sacred valley which was convenient. Its walking distance to san blas and not to far from the main plaza. Located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood which was a plus in peru. I enjoyed my stay very much and breakfast was great!
Overall it was good value based on the extremely comfortable bed and the amazing power shower. It was,
It was quite noisy, and another minor irritant was that the hotel didn't stock water.
Decent sized rooms, not a far walk from the main plaza, friendly staff. Good for the price.
Heat/wifi/plumbing were not reliable. Sink faucets hardly worked. Hot water in showers was flaky.
Friendly staff Cheap Location
No running water in our room one night No hot water in our room another night Rooms smelled moldy Did not speak english A pipe under the sink was leaking and there was a dirty towel underneath to collect the water
Everything Staff coordinated our tours for us when the hotel was called. Went out of their way to print our vouchers Prompt laundry service Clean room Changed room when we arrived to suit our needs better Temporary room supplied when we turned up at 530am
Putting poo paper in the bin not the toilet - but that's cusco it seems A couple of random occasions when people walked in to our room looking lost
Rooms and bathroom were clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful. They offered to keep our bags in storage. On our last day, we checked out in the morning but the hotel allowed us to use one of the rooms in the evening to shower for a minimal fee.
There is no elevator so bringing up our bags can be quite exhausting considering the high altitude of Cuzco. The hotel is a good 12-15 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas.
Helpful staff and the tour operator in the hotel. They made our trip memorable and less hassle
The breakfast sometimes serves late than the scheduled time
Staf were so helpy
Good breakfast...but don't forget to order eggs. Large room with lots of space.
Bed sheets were too heavy.
