Me gusto que tenga dos piscinas. Asimismo el aire acondicionado y el wifi constituyen una fortaleza de este hotel. El trato de la recepcionista que no se informo bien y quiso cobrar dos vasos rotos, lo cual era falso.

Buenos jugos acuáticos, el restaurant muy bueno también. Habitaciones con aire acondicionado, lo que se agradece. El personal del bar/restaurant muy amable!!

Frente playa con su decoración. Por el precio y la publicidad 4 estrellas se espera algo del nivel de 4 estrellas!!! No es el caso

Las vistas externas del hotel son bonitas, el personal es amable, excepto el de la recepción en la noche. El equipamiento de las habitaciones no guarda relación con la categoría que dice tener el hotel, ni por lo que cobra por ello, los equipos son demasiado antiguos, no hay un teléfono para solicitar room service, si hubiera buscado algo tipo mochileros no habría habido problema, pero el hotel se promociona como de lujo y sus habitaciones no lo son. La persona en la recepción en la noche tuvo una pésima actitud.
