+clean, nice, warm, spacious hostel/rooms +hot water +nice staff +15 minutes walking from Plaza de Armas

-small breakfast -staff barely speaks English

The owner family is really helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious, bath with bathtub clean, hot water with good pressure. WiFi and TV excellent. Breakfast ok. Patio with cactus nice, but no space to relax, good views from the roof. In walking distance to main plaza and restaurants. Though lots of cars passing by, it's still quiet.

We missed nothing, but according to the facilities mentioned on booking.com that should be in the rooms, we have not found everything. Maybe they should update the options.

Quiet place in interior

While payment the lady at the reception wanted us to pay more than according to the offer accepted on the booking.com website. After short disscusion finally we paid price from booking.

We arrived at the hostal at 5am in the morning due to some circumstances. We requested to extend our check out time and had late breakfast. The lady owner agreed without charging extra. The hostal is run by an old couple. They are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, tidy and comfortable.

Slightly out of town. However is walkable (about 20 min) to the old town. The hot water is warm (we experienced this in other hostal too). It's no big deal.

El personal es amable y atento con sus huéspedes, la habitación siempre se mantenía limpia.

Estaban haciendo mantenimiento en una habitación cercana y el ruido que provocaba molestaba un poco.

Excelente trato del personal, muy atentos a cualquier solicitud, amplia y comoda habitacion

Muy amplio tanto el cuarto como el baño (a diferencia de otros hoteles). La sencilles de los muebles y decorado te daba una sensacion hogareña. Estaba un poco alejado del centro, pero esto permitia no sufrir con el trafico o el ruido propio de los fines de semana.

Cuando llegue no se ofrecieron a llevar mi maleta. Tampoco me ofrecieron un plano con los lugares turisticos cercanos (como en otros hoteles). Al tener pocas mesas para desayunar ya estaban asignados los lugares pero no se indicaba (hubieran puesto un papel: reservado para ...) por lo que tuve que parame e ir a la mesa que me correspondia.

mussten einen tag früher abreisen, wir einigten uns, dass wir nur die Buchungsgebühr für den 3. Tag - zahlten - Super ! Trotz schwerem Unwetter scheuten die Besitzer keine Mühe uns zu helfen !

la atencion, amabilidad, el desayuno, la buena onda

Principalmente la tencion de sus dueños, muy amables, nos senti como en nuestra casa, la pieza y baño amplios, el desayuno bueno, incluso un dia estaba un familiar de los dueños de cumpleaños y dieron torta. En resumen muy recomendable

オーナーファミリーがとても親切でした。洗濯機を無料で使わせてくれたり、夜行バスで出発だったので、相談- したら、「ノープロブレム！」と言って夜7時- まで部屋を使わせてくれました。買い物やツアーの相談にも気軽に乗ってくれ、とても安心して滞在できました- 。最後にはタクシーの窓越しにお別れの挨拶を- しました。日本の親切な民宿にでも泊まった感じでした。とくにペリス父さん、最高です。

たった一つだけ、シャワーの湯温が日本人には低かった！

They rely on solar power so we had no hot water to shower in. This is a BIG negative for staying here.

Staff were friendly but couldn't speak English which meant we didn't receive info about the area, places to go and dine, and general info about the hostel. Room was comfortable and breakfast was great.

Difficulty communicating with staff, hostel is a fair way from main square, and worst of all we only had cold water as they rely on solar power. Cold shower isn't what I expected!

El Hotel brinda un excelente servicio y un trato amable y servicial. Tiene ambientes agradables y habitaciones cómodas. Además los precios son accesibles y económicos.
