Very nice hotel! We spent there 3 nights. First and foremost the staff. Very nice people, smiling all the time and very helpfull! Special thanks to Mrs. Nora! A great person with a great heart! We had a reservation problem in lan Airlines and we do not speak Spanish. She really helped us to solve this problem! Thank you! Location of the place is also a great asset! 500m to the beach, exactly where you can find stairs to go down from a huge embankment. 600m from the Vivanda supermarket - there is everything you need (food and drink)! Good connection from the airport - bus "S" we got off just in front of Vivanda on Pardo street. Bus to the Lima center just in front of the hotel (no. 73, green) Very nice room, good working WiFi, nice common terrace where you can eat and drink. Nice bathroom with good pressure and very hot water! Very simple but good breakfast. Everything for a good price! We highly recommend!

Excellent staff and great value for money. Prime location , great restaurants 3 minutes walk and the beach 10 minutes walk. Highly recommended

This a quiet and nice place to stay, .., close to the beach ,close to the larcomar mall and you can find around a lot of nigthlife options.......the personal are very friendly...I enjoyed the breakfast and business area,......,,I recommend this hotel.....

Honestly I did not like anything...... The facilities are old......rooms are small and not very clean. Staff not very friendly specially towards gay people ( I am one ). Breakfast was poor also .... For the same price one block away I moved to and excellent Hostel El Carmelo,Hostel.....on Jr Bolognesi 749..I had to pay 12 soles for breakfast but was worth it ....( real Peruvian Cafe not instant one ). I was also over charged on the taxi fare that I arranged through the Imperial inn...( 60 soles ) when generally is about 40 soles. The driver that was waiting for me at the airport did not have the name I arranged with the staff of the Imperial inn ....so It took me a while before I saw the driver.that also charged me for the parking....another 5 soles extra.. I don't have anything good to say about my 3 days stay in this hostel...I Am glad that I only had reservations for 3 days only.

Super friendly staff, great location near to the beach and to the main bars and restaurants. Nice breakfast although a little plain but wasn't expecting any for the price!

The pillows were a bit flat but only a minor complaint.

The location of the hotel is great, just 5 minutes to the ocean and the park along the coastline. The ladies from the reception were very friendly and helpful, they helped with the transport for a trip we planned outside Lima, as well made for us the breakfast earlier, as we had to leave before 8 a.m. when it is usually served. In the yard and on the third floor there is a small terrace, with a view to the street, where you can smoke or serve food or beverages.

The hotel is definitely not for families, especially with children and not for a long period of stay. It will be more suitable for travellers with smaller budget, who are moving around different cities. The ladies from the reception didn't speak english. And there were noisy in the room: a phone in the hall was constantly calling even during the night; nearby was a building under construction with much of noise; the stairs to the second and third floors are quite dangerous.

A bit noisy, but our room was upstairs on the street side and next to the stairwell going downstairs. Might be quieter in other rooms?

I like very much the hotel staff, the location (very safe and nice, and near the beach) and the cost.

There was a little humidity in the closet. The room is a little small and not fancy. But for the price is kind of a good deal.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything with a taxi., but not a walking distance to the main miraflores park, restaurants or shopping center.

The rooms are located in the second or third floor using the narrow stairs with luggage is not easy to do it.The rooms have no phones to make local calls, or alarm clocks.The hostal is a good place for a budget travellers.

The rooms were small but really well kept and the front staff was amazing. We had several questions that they answered and were extremely helpful with directions. If I ever make it to Peru again I would stay here. Only about 10 blocks from the Miraflores center and close to grocery stories and a quick walk to a bridge to watch the sunrise.

The next step up from a hostel, Imperial Inn was clean with all the essentials. Breakfast was buns and jam with coffee and juice, but El Mora two blocks away is a must visit for pasteries, coffee and fresh juice. Good wifi in the rooms, a handfull of english channels on tv and friendly staff. Plus you can't beat the location for this price, 15 minute walk to the locomar mall on the beach, 10 minutes to kennedy park and two minutes to the beach.

Heads up that the staff currently don't speak any english but they are eager to help and with some patience and miming we didn't have any trouble. The beds are a little stiff, and our bathroom was very tight but everything was clean and worked.

Safe and friendly. Very clean and well furnitured for the price you pay. Very good value for the money. A 2 minute walk from the ocean. Calm neighbourhood. I would definetely come back here.

Typical cheap south american breakfast with only toasts and jam. I wish someone would add eggs or chees or other simple but still not expensive stuff which would make it more interesting for non sweet lovers.

The staff were excellent – very friendly and helpful at all times. The location of the hotel was very convenient for the Parque Central with all it's restaurants, shops and attractions, as well as the coastal cliff-top parks and the pier. Reasonable walk to the Larcomar shopping precinct. Quiet, safe area and very security conscious staff. We had a nice, clean room with balcony overlooking the tree-lined street. Simple but good breakfast in nice airy breakfast room. Oh, and a little computer room with two machines and wi-fi, of course. What more could you really want?

Very basic hotel. My room was on the street side that why it was very noisy even during the night. Other rooms were window to inside. Breakfast was very poor.
