Imperio Machupicchu Hotel    

The hotel is so close to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. This is a good option when you have short budget.

The hotel was a bit noisy in the morning.

The staff were friendly but this hotel is massively over priced. We stayed in beautiful hotels in cusco for $10 more. This hotel was virtually a building site extremely noisy you hear the other guests talking in rooms next door. It is in the wrong part of an extremely small town. The beds were uncomfortable but clean. It was more backpacker standard but at hotel prices. Having travelled all round this area of Peru I think this hotel is far too expensive.

Located near the train station and relaxing after a trip to Machu Picchu!

Location was excellent, rooms were small but certainly adequate as you prepare to visit Machu Pichu. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, I will stay again on my next trip.

Rooms are somewhat small, but for as little time spent in the rooms, they're fine. Breakfast was adequate.

A family is running the hotel and an atmosphere is warming. A room is just enough clean. It is good that you can have a breakfast really early in the morning.

I could not sleep well because the hotel is located in not tourist area and neighbors were doing dance party(?) during the night.

Front desk staff extrenely helpful and nice. Very close to the railway station and the buses for Machupicchu. Some old-fashioned style, that would be nice if rooms weren't so poorly isolated.

The rooms are little but clean. It a good option considering you are in Aguas Calientes. Everything is near so the location is ok.

Lot of noices at morning at 4am all people start preparing to travel to Machu Picchu and you can hear everything.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, good location (although its hard not to be in Aguas Calientes), the hot shower was highly appreciated especially after the chill of Cusco in July.

The hotel is located next to a soccer field and across from a rather loud apartment building -- this made it a bit noisy in the evening (at least from my room).

The room has a safe, a good power shower water and hair dryer.

Rooms are very small, the walls between the rooms are very thin, so the hearing is very high. In addition, the keys to all the rooms the same. In the evening in our room came a man from the next room and opened our door with his key.

The hotel is kind of new, the room is clean, the beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast, staffs are very friendly. Check out time is 9:00am, but we could stay until 12:00pm. Our room have window which is face outside, so we have the mountain view.

Para el lugar y los precios que hay en machu pichu esta bien es limpio, bien en general.

Un día tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente y el desayuno un poco pobre.

Muy caro en relacion precio/calidad. La verdad no es un hotel que valga el precio que te cobran, esta un poco alejado del centro en una callecita medio escondido que no es muy lindo (igual todo es muy cerca en aguas calientes). Habiamos pedido expresamente que la habitacion no este mas arriba del 2do piso y nos pusieron en el 4to, lo habiamos reservado con mucha antelacion por este tema y no es que no habia otra habitacion. Nos dijeron que la vista en el 4to. Era muy linda y no era para nada linda, se veian solo construcciones de un lado sin ninguna vista y la otra al pulmon del edificio..dejaba mucho que desear. Igual nos quejamos y nos pasaron a una habitación del primer piso, la vista en todos era igual y aparte el baño se veían entre si de las habitaciones por lo cual no podías abrir la ventana porque te encontrabas por ahí con el vecino de al lado en una situacion no tan comoda.

Es confortable y la habitación es cómoda, adicionalmente el desayuno bufet es bueno.

Las camas al igual que las almohadas son cómodas

No había calefacción, poca iluminación

Es un hotel bonito, buen servicio de desayuno y con los servicios apropiados para 1 noche en Machu Picchu

Aunque Aguas calientes es muy pequeño, el hotel está un poquito alejado del movimiento del pueblo (es algo menor).
