Our bedroom was clean and nicely furnished. The location was good Was fairly good value for money.
Noisy but then it was in the middle of the town. Not much insulation between floors of rooms, could hear everything from 5 a.m. Breakfast not worth bothering with. No wifi apart from in foyer despite being told there was. Everyone went to the foyer to access it,
We had two spiders and a cockroach in our room. Windows do not close properly and it is very noisy outside making it hard to sleep. Smelly bathroom. Terrible breakfast with very few options.
The location is good, straight out up through the markets and then past the station. The breakfast was good. Clean and tidy, friendly staff. overall yes i would stay again
Poor WIFI. only worked in recept'n not on 3rd fl.Not to the standard of Belmond :-o. There was a concert at the Football field the night i stayed which went 'til 4am. not the hotel's fault. Stairs to 3rd fl.
Simple clean accommodation for one night before going up to Macchu Picchu. They serve breakfast very early and they keep your luggage whilst you are up at the ruins
Clean rooms, bit on the small side. Helpful staff.
The location of this hotel is off the main drag, therefore a short walk through a darkish area at night. The walls were quite thin and you could here noise all night. Did not think it was good value for the money.
Nice location, close the everything, but actually, Aguas Calientes is so small, that everything is close to everything :) Print the map, as the huge maps in the city are impossible to read. We were offered breakfast even at 5am (it's from 6am only).
The room was surprisingly comfortable & clean with very good bed linen. Breakfast was good too.
No lift so we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor. Not enough plug points in the room and the noise from the common areas carries over to the rooms.
great location, clean facility
no wi-fi on the upper floors
Staff were friendly
no elevator Sound protection between rooms is bad
Loved the hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast great. Easy to get to.
Very noisy (street noise). Couldn't sleep.
Great location, staff very nice and helpful
Not much breakfast options, no heating or air condition in the rooms
Good location, nice staff, very good service
Three floors without lift at that altitude are not easy to climb.
Nice staff and helpful. Easy walk from train station. Not expensive and clean for a place in a touristy town. I'd stay there again.
Very nice hotel with excellent staff. The staff let us keep our bags there while we toured Machu Picchu. When we returned early due to weather, the staff let us wait in the lobby (our train was also running an hour behind) even though we were checked out.
Took some time to find due to relying on locals for directions but very few residents know where this place is (GF is Peruvian so miss translation was not the issue). If lost, look for the sport complex right behind the train station (about 0.5 miles from the station). The hotel is down an alley at the end of the sport complex.
Nice hotel with a superb location, near to the train station in Aguas Calientes.
Somewhat expensive for what it offers.
Good small hotel on the way to great Machu Picchu
Room was good - nice linen and one of staff who spoke good English was great
First night and next morning no hot water and none of the staff were able to help sort this and so we didn't get to shower until back from MP 24hrs after we arrived! They were by then very apologetic and tried hard to make up fir it but had already failed a fairly important essential element fir a comfortable stay
Staff is so nice and helpful
Clean hot showers near train station quiet (unlike other hotels, that you a choice of river or train noise)
Breakfast pretty basic, could be better check in took a little longer - they needed to make copies of our passports and had to send someone outside the hotel to do so
