The owner was a very kind person who did her best to make us comfortable. The hotel is relatively (~10 minutes by taxi) close to the airport at a good price. She kindly comped our taxi ride to the airport due to some of the difficulties with our stay. The place is very hard to find, and the stated address on the website is not the actual location. After being dropped off by the taxi on marcavalle street (the main drag in the area, and also the alleged the street address) we walked around in search of the place for one hour. Despite asking for help from locals and receiving help from 2 American students living in the area, we weren't successful until we flagged down a policeman who used his gps to help us. Also, credit cards were not accepted (despite being advertised as such) due a "problem with the machine." The shower in our room did not have hot water at the time, so I had to go shower in another, unoccupied room.

A family run hotel that helped us with our stay. Close to the airport and restaurants that are not in the touristic part of town. Easy access to city center. Ai yi yi. Another cold water shower

Very nice people, accomodating and as helpful as possible. Appreciated the quiet location (not easy to find in Cuzco). Gave us a room with an extra bed but only charged for a double due to some miscommunications during booking. The shower was quite odd, it would take some time to heat up, then get very hot for about 30 seconds, then go completely cold. We used the shower in our kids' room which was very nice. Breakfast unremarkable, it would be really nice to have a little fruit or maybe yoghurt or something.

Super friendly staff, included breakfast, they arranged our transfer to the airport free of charge =) Bathroom was out of supplies, but we also did not ask for any, so I assume they would have given those to us if requested.
