Room was well apportioned. Bed was comfortable. There is a very good restaurant only a block away - turn right when you go out of the hotel entrance, go down to the corner and you'll see the restaurant kitty corner. Probably the best food we had in Peru.

Location was too far from the central part of town. Next time we will stay closer for restaurants/activities. It is a good 8-10 block uphill walk just to get to the Plaza de Armas. We were on the first floor (#1) and you could hear lobby noise. Also there is major construction right behind the hotel that will be going on for several months so be prepared to wake up early. Inconsistent service from staff. Breakfast was the exact same every day: eggs, bread and fruit (not a buffet) but a menu. After 2 days it would have been nice to have a change. We ate in the restaurant one night and the service and food was pretty terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

The building's style is very charming. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Plaza de Armas 10 minutes by walk.

    The street is noise.

The STAFF without a doubt, they were always available to help even when we had a medical emergency. It is in an old building full of charm but updated for comfort

Not a big issue, but a bit of a walk from the center of town - but then cabs are plentiful and very cheap.

It is an old house with very charming style. The location suits who has a car. The triple room was a little bit to small. The breakfast takes place in the restaurant, but you will get nervous if you are in a hurry. The people in the reception are very kindy

the triple room was too small. The towels were missing when we arrived and still in the other day.

Very friendly service of welcome and luggage-handling for a small hotel. It is situated very close to the house of my daughter's community, and that is very convenient for us.

The bed in Room 9 has no bed-head, and the mattress is very hard, so that sleep was uncomfortable.

the lobby and building felt like a colonial house, which was charming.

the street noise in the room was unbearable even for a gal from NYC. i had to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep.

Good location in a quiet area, walking distance from Plaza de Armas (10 minutes). Really hot water in the shower, very nice bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

    Nothing!
