Spacious room. Retro deco. Nice courtyard
Toilet blocked on first day. Got fixed next day and no problem since
Very spare accommodations. Staff and location were perfect. Staff was very accommodating. Good value for the money.
nice room, clean and friendly staff.
We were cold even though we got a heater it was not enough. Visited in June.
Its conveniently located to the main plaza. There is a lovely courtyard area for sitting, relaxing, reading, etc
Over the course of 2 weeks I stayed in 3 different rooms (was coming & going). First room was large & had a nice view but the bathroom had a sewer smell & the shower had very poor pressure. Second room was great, third room was next to kitchen so was being woken up 5 am by kitchen staff preparing breakfast.
good location great breakfast
bathroom smelled like sewage no heat
Hot water was a little inconsistent
Room on second floor was much better on our return trip from Macchu Picchu - great beds, water pressure and hot water fabulous Beds and pillows very comfortable Breakfast was good - lovely serving staff Lovely courtyard patio to relax Very helpful to store larger bags/ suitcases while off on excursions Good value The gentleman who picked us up from the bus station was lovely - perhaps the owner?
Room on ground floor was not up to par - lots of bugs, water laying on inside window ledges, didn't feel very secure Staff at front desk were inconsistent dependent on time of day - daytime were terrific, some in the evening were not Our two experiences staying here (three days apart ) were very different - would have ranked much higher otherwise
Staff were very nice and helpful..
Breakfast is so so...
Reliable transfer from the airport and arranged tours ahead of our visit. Reasonable breakfast included.
Ok accommodation but be aware - no fridge, tea/coffee facilities. No hot water to sink for shaving. One of the kids beds was collapsed on one side. When our driver failed to collect us as arranged enroute back from Machu Picchu, the hostel owner blamed everyone except their own confirmed arrangements. A simple apology to accompany the explanation would have been much more preferred.
The staff is amazing. He's really doing his job and helped us to find a good place to visit in the city
I like the location, its near to the major tourist spots. I like the room, its spacious, clean, cozy and well-designed (combination of modern and spanish designs). I like their breakfast and the facilities as well. Rooms are also equipped with high network connectivity. Staff are friendly and helpful too.
I cant find anything to dislike in this accomodation. Its a perfect place to stay in Cusco.
Room is clean and the breakfast was nice. Staff are very helpful
I hope that I can access wifi in the room not just the public area :)
Love the garden. The hotel is beautiful and very quiet.
We love coffee and we love breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast was lacking and the coffee wasn't great. We've had much better breakfast in other places.
Helpful staff. Wifi router was outside our room so great signal. Pretty patio to relax in, peaceful not a party hostel if you're looking for one. Nice clean room and bathroom.
The rooms were cold in the night, but there was a plug in heater in the room and was fine with the sheets in bed.
Convenient location close to main square. Pleasant courtyard in centre of hotel for relaxing over a beer.
The staff were very helpful and rooms pleasant. Good breakfast. Very pleasant atmosphere.
Credit cards not accepted.
Pick up at the airport. Good bed and pillows.
Staff could be more helpfull. Someone from the cleaning staff forgot the master key outside of my door. Anyone could have entered the room!!!
Nice and quiet, they held our bags while we did the Machu Picchu trek, very accommodating after realizing they didn't give us a room with a large bed as requested, fresh-squeezed juice at breakfast
Hard to communicate with some of the staff members
Very nice hotel and professional and helpful staff
Very nice hotel, very professional receptionists, would recommend it to all!
Located in thoughtfully renovated Colonial Building near the historic centre of Cusco. Generally staff very helpful; when we got back late from Machu Picchu due to landslide on rail line the receptionist ordered pizza and litre of wine and delivered it to our room!
Breakfast a little basic and breakfast service not to friendly.
Inkarri was located nicely to the city center, it is a bit of a walk but it was not anything crazy. The cost for the value of the place is amazing, we stayed three nights and loved it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. The place was also very secure. You have to ring the bell and someone will let you in form the front desk.
The only negative is to have more than one person working breakfast, I felt bad for the one person they had serving 9 tables.
nice patio, lots of space in family room, helpful staff
Quiet location, nice and clean rooms.
We can only pay cash, the first ATM is 10min waking from here.
Big room with great bathroom, nice garden inside the hostel
We were there in July and in the room was very cold
