It was absolutely amazing! Loved everything about it!! This is really not a big deal, but I surprised that there wasn't a body lotion in the bathroom. For such a high-end hotel, I thought it was a strange omission.

Facilities are beautiful. We enjoyed a lot walking around the small forrest with the field guide. Meals were excellent. When we arrived there was a confusion on my reservation. It was a little bit too long before it was clarified.

Beautiful hotel, most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, the tour we set up was excellent and very informative. Very expensive, they charged us an additional $170 usd for one extra person in our room that we didn't get an extra bed for, they charged me extra because I lost my immigration card (80 soles). They wouldn't make change for our large bills (even though they had change). I just felt when paying over $700/night there really shouldn't be any questions about anything.

The grounds were spectacular. Food service was good. We enjoyed the nature walks I was disappointed in our room. It was small, the bed was not very comfortable and there was no bath tub. Our view was also marred by electrical lines
