Score from 424 reviews Very good
The Staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. The Wifi-connection was really good, also in the rooms. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. It was a bit cold sometimes in the night, but we got a heating. The water in the shower was always warm. We could use the kitchen with a fridge and we could make us always coca tea. I felt really comfortable in Killaqente and we will come back definitely.
I did not like the alpaca-blanket so much, because they are heavy. But my boyfriend loves them. Beside that, everything was really really good.
The staff, the spaciousness of the room, the tea served upon our arrival, the hot water, BCC in English, the laundry service all made our stay a great experience.
The usual rolls, juice & coffee for breakfast.
Wi fi, cable tv , comfy beds.
Several flights of stairs up to room. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms
The location was far away from the main square
One of the hostel experiences I enjoyed a lot. Very nice location, perfect staff. Good reward for the little price. Muchas gracias, K.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
The hotel was situated a bit off the town center, a bit too far to walk.
The room was very big Good service
The showers were not always hot
Great hot shower with lots of pressure. A rare find in Peru.
The location was very hard to locate. A taxi driver spent 15 minutes driving around and finally we spent another 45 minutes looking for it.
Shower very good
We had to take a bus from Cusco to Puno at 9pm on the day of our check out. Despite the check out time was 10pm the manager let us stay longer with no extra charges.
very good stuff
The staff were extremely kind and friendly.
The staff was polite and very helpful. They were able to give us a few tips on how to get around the city and what tourist traps/tricks to avoid. The rooms were pretty great for the price we paid and although it doesn't appear very close to the town square, the walk is only ten minutes and you get to see more of the actual city. The internet was fast and reliable, better than what I've got in Chicago, IL. The breakfasts were the same, but always tasty.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
The staff are very Nice. It's a good honest price for what you get.
The showers could be a little hotter.
Clean rooms and a hot shower! We have stayed at two other places in Cusco that said they had hot showers - but really had showers with cold water.
Staff did not let us out at night when we were dehydraded and needed to buy some water. He did let us use the boiled weater from the kitchen - but if your dehydraded you will know its not the same.
good location small walk to plaza de armas and excellent staff were very helpful with anything you needed
Staffs are very nice, helped us a lot during our stay.
we were treated exceptionaly well by the staff. the best shower we had in whole of soth america
They made fresh orange for breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is good.
Nothing to complain about.
The staff was very helpful and let us leave our luggage when we was out of town going to machu picchu. Big creds to Mario especially. Serving breakfast everyday, juice with milk, bread and jam.
The water can be sometimes cold in the shower, the room was cold so suggest you sleep with pyjamas or something extra.
really nice and kind people. the owner help us in everything. he received us with coca leaf tea and help us in everything;
The staff was kind and friendly.
They should offer different breakfast options during the week
Excellent attention Warm people like a family or parents
it's close to the center, approximately 12 or 16 streets, and 2 more if you come from the center, because you've to up a little hill.
