We had to take a bus from Cusco to Puno at 9pm on the day of our check out. Despite the check out time was 10pm the manager let us stay longer with no extra charges.

The staff was polite and very helpful. They were able to give us a few tips on how to get around the city and what tourist traps/tricks to avoid. The rooms were pretty great for the price we paid and although it doesn't appear very close to the town square, the walk is only ten minutes and you get to see more of the actual city. The internet was fast and reliable, better than what I've got in Chicago, IL. The breakfasts were the same, but always tasty.

Clean rooms and a hot shower! We have stayed at two other places in Cusco that said they had hot showers - but really had showers with cold water.

Staff did not let us out at night when we were dehydraded and needed to buy some water. He did let us use the boiled weater from the kitchen - but if your dehydraded you will know its not the same.

The staff was very helpful and let us leave our luggage when we was out of town going to machu picchu. Big creds to Mario especially. Serving breakfast everyday, juice with milk, bread and jam.

The water can be sometimes cold in the shower, the room was cold so suggest you sleep with pyjamas or something extra.

Excellent attention Warm people like a family or parents

it's close to the center, approximately 12 or 16 streets, and 2 more if you come from the center, because you've to up a little hill.

Friendly helpful staff. It is out of the city centre so "quieter".

Walking up the short hill to the hotel...3500m makes you gasp for air. Room was cold and breakfast was sparse.

The staff was great! The rooms was basic but pleasant for the price and the breakfast, which was just bread and tea or coffee could be augmented by eggs for 1 sole.

The room was cold (not unexpected) but the heater was not really adequate and the twin beds were really narrow.

    - the people were so friendly and helped us with everything even with organizing our trip to Machu Picchu. Everything worked out really well - the city center is only a 10 minutes walk away - the internet - hot water on demand

15 minutes walk from central Plaza. No cosy common room.
