La Casa De Manuelita Inn  

Best hotel at this price range we stayed in Peru during our 3 weeks trip. We have the room with the lake view (not all rooms have windows to the city). Very helpful and kind hotel stuff.

They should tell the guests that oxygen cylinders are available in case of emergency.

It's a very clean lovely hostel,only few minuts from town centre.Friendly staff,the prioress a really nice helpful lady.She speak good english. It was the best accomodation on our 6 weaks trip in South-America. Thank you for evrything Manuelita. Csaba from Hungary

The owners and staff at the hotel are very friendly and the hotel has a very accomodating atmosphere. The best view over Puno and Titicaca!

For the price the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Usual bread, juice and coffee. The coffee was hand drip, the bread layered and light as clouds. The milk for the coffee heated, Its the little things that matter. Domingo was so helpful and informative.

The outer appearance might put you off, but go inside.

Very friendly people. Even thought I book a room for 4 they gave me 2 rooms. That was a big plus.

New hotel/hostel with helpful staff, good-sized rooms and a good range of services, such as wi-fi, hot water, oxygen. The included breakfast was good too. It's up on the hill, but only a 7-min walk to the main plaza. We had originally booked a four-person room, but because it was slow they gave us two doubles, which was a nice gesture.

Los empleados excelentes muy amables muy familiar recomendable para quienes disfrutan lo sencillo esencial y limpio a un bajo precio.

No me gusto la ubicacion ya que el mal de altura o soroche pega con fuerza y para subir del lago o plaza de armas son varias cuadras

Chambre quadruple en duplex très grande, avec très belle vue sur le lac. Personel très serviable et acceuillant. Egalement de très bon conseil pour les visites. Chambre très propres.

Un peu loin du centre (pour y aller ça descend donc pas de pb mais il faut remonter pour rentrer. Avec l'altitude, le taxi peut parfois s'imposer) Absence d'ascenseur... Ce n'est pas un problème pour les bagages car le personnel nous aide très volontiers à les monter... Mais avec l'altitude ça reste fatiguant.

Me ha gustado mucho La Casa de Manuelita: limpio, comodo, excelente servicio como estar en casa, muy buen desayuno, servicio permanente de té de coca, y otras infusiones sin cargo, wi-fi en todo el hotel, pc disponible en el lobby. Más que recomendable!!!..Gracias por todo....

Las habitaciones, la ducha, las camas. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la plaza de armas. El personal es muy atento y ayudan mucho (guardar equipaje, adelantar desayuno..)

No hay ascensor, y subir al 3º o 4º andando fatiga un poco

No tiene garaje y en las cercanias solo hay un garaje muy cutre

La vue panoramique de la chambre sur la ville et le lac. Le personnel est très serviable et compétent.

Le petit -déjeuner est assez bien, et demande à être amélioré. Pas d'ascenseur (5 étages à gravir)

Tan sólo tengo que reflejar que, las habitaciones no disponen de calefacción y hace muy incómoda la noche. Hace frio, por lo demás, muy bien.

Hotel economico, reformado, buen desayuno (fruta, huevos, cafe y tostadas ). Personal super atento, nos ayudaron en la excursion al lago Titicaca, y a superar el mal de altura.

Si te vas a duchar por la noche tienes que avisar porque al tener energia solar, tienen que conectar la electricidad. Seria interesante indicarlo en los baños de las habitaciones, ya que mi esposa se ducho con agua fria a las 10 de la noche y casi le da un pasmo.

El servicio ha sido muy bueno, pero el Hotel esta muy lejos del centro de la ciudad, sobre una ladera de montania que hace dificil bajar y subir a pie. Se requiere el uso de taxis.

Solicitamos y nos confirmaron una habitacion cuadruple, y nos dieron dos dobles en distintos pisos. Entre la altura y la falta de ascensor, el cambio no nos satisfizo, aunque las habitaciones que nos dieron fueron confortables./

La tranquilidad, la limpieza, la ubicación, las instalaciones son nuevas, a 10 minutos caminando del centro, o a 3 soles en taxi,( te lo llaman ellos y el precio esta fijado), el desayuno continental es correcto, buenas informaciones y buena atención, la relación calidad- precio es buena, nos recomendaron un restaurante ( "La estancia", muy bueno y bien de precio) regresaríamos sin dudarlo.

Por decir algo los 100 metros de subida un poco dura si regresas andando, pero teniendo en cuenta que Puno es una ciudad ruidosa vale la pena la tranquilidad que te ofrece el hotel

El acojo ha sido muy bueno y la disponibilidad del personal para ayudar a conocer la ciudad ha sido excelente. La vista desde la habitacion es muy bonita y las camas confortables.

El WIFI no funcionaba en ninguna parte del hotel Falta de ascensor El hotel esta un poquito demasiado lejos de la Plaza de Armas.
