Room no. 6 at the bottom of the building near to the common area - could hear all noises from the hotel, doorbell, footsteps, voices, was quite noisy.
Communal toilet could be cleaner.
Sylvana on the desk was extremely helpful and friendly, we can't sing her praises highly enough! She spent about an hour helping us out - she called our bus company and our Machu Picchu tour company several times to help us when our bus was cancelled due to riots that closed the road between Arequipa and Cusco. We don't know what we would've done without her!
They let us keep our bags in a locked area during our 3day Colca canyon trip even though we weren't going to be staying there after that.
They let us wait in the communal area and were allowed the use of the toilets, hot water for tea/ coffee/ noodles! even after we'd checked out.
Included breakfast was great - bread rolls, jam, ham & cheese, eggs scrambled or fried, juice, tea/ coffee.
Happy to organise a taxi for us. Ordered a pizza for us.
Will give a wake up call or call to your room when your taxi/ transport is there.
Older man on the desk also very friendly and helpful.
Comfy bed, clean towels, room at the very top (room 1) had a sauna you could use for a charge (we didn't get a chance to test it out though!)
