This hotel is located in the historical centre of the city, only a 2-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. The location is really good, very near to the Plaza de Armas, the historical centre. The staff is really friendly and helpful. It is utterly noisy as the hotel is located at an intersection of very busy roads. The breakfast is poor. The shower wasn't warm and the bathroom smelled bad.

Amabilidad del personal tamaño de las habitciones. Faltaba agua caliente. La habitaciòn en planta baja daba a la calle y resultò muy ruidosa ya que està en una calle muy transitada por transporte público y a partir de las 5 de la mañana las bocinas y ruidos de motores eran insoportables

Nos gusto la ubicacion, el portero de la tarde fue muy amable. El desayuno no fue nada mas q continental y no tenia nada q ver con la propaganda de booking.com. Cuando dejamos nuestra ropa para lavar el portero de la noche no nos mostro la cuenta original sino invento un precio demasiado alto y no resonable. Por eso no nos sentimos bienvenido en el hotel.

Estoy muy contenta, pues el trato del personal fue muy muy bueno las instalaciones bastante comodas y la limpieza excelente. Mi hika y yo lo recomendamos y para una siguiente oportunidad no dudaremos en regresar. Todo estuvo muy bien , de repente lo unico que podria mencionar es la esquina del paradero que daba a mi habitacion, pero eso no seria un motivo por el que regrese a la casona

Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit Hotel liegt seht laut an der Einfallsstrasse der Taxis und Kleinbusse; Fruehstueck entsprach nicht der angegebenen Qualitaet / Umfang Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt
