Views from the terrace and cafe was nice.
No hot shower. Location is not accessible by small car/ taxi.
Everything was really nice, the room was comfy, clean and quiet; the staff was friendly and helpful!
The walk up to San Blas can be exhausting due to the altitude..
The accommodations, the staff, the cost where all great.
I liked the room, divided on two floors, with a kitchen and a very nice furniture was an excellent accommodation. The location of the hotel is beautiful, in a narrow typical street on the fancy area of San Blas. The breakfast is served in a room with an amazing view on the city. The staff was aways kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
During the night the room was just a bit cold, but if you stay under the covers the temperature is perfect.
Clean, spacious and private. Not too big so there weren't too many people around. Great location away from main square and streets but easy walking distances!
This is an amazing hotel near Plaza de Armas. The location is great and rooms are big, clean and confortable. We arrived at 5 am quite exhausted and the person at the reception prepared our room instead of letting us wait in the lobby for some hours. I really recommend this hotel!
Room a bit cold but this seems to be a general thing in most places in Perù.
Not fancy, but spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and sitting space on first floor. Second floor bedroom. Breakfast area offers spectacular view of city and mountains. Walking distance to museums and churches. Excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel obtained a taxi driver who came to the hotel and carried our luggage down to the street.
No cars or taxis allowed on streets around hotel. Be sure to hire a taxi driver willing to park and help carry suitcases up the hill.
What a great hotel!
Good location Nice room, new and designed Confortable
Breakfast could be a bit better
Excellent hotel,in san blas, very nice position, new stylish furniture, staff always available and helping, beautiful view, the juinor suite is fabolous.
Friendly, convienient, good breakfast.
To arrive to La Morada is necessary to climb toomany steps.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, the appartment is spacious, it is located at the top of a hilly street which leads to the centre of Cusco. Quiet locatiopn very important for good night sleep. the breakfast was also very good and the view from the view from the balcony one of the best...Next door to the hotel , there is a restaurant that cooks very good food at a very low price..
The view was amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was really cute, lots of room. Breakfast was excellent, they even made eggs for us
We had trouble finding the hotel. Locals didn't know the street or the hotel because its pedestrian only
Concerned and helpful staff, especially when my wife was ill from the altitude. Great views and facilities.
The uphill climb from the main square - made me feel too old!
the staff was very helpful. The service was excellent !
had to walk up the hill to hotel
Wonderful sevice : arranged a taxi, helped us carry suitcases
A little bit cold for us
Great hotel Clean Big Apartment Great for families Beds are very nice Breakfast is good Coca tea on arrival Free transfer Nice views
Hot water takes a long time. On the hill
2 level suite was nice
The terrasse and view of Cosco was awesome. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
This was an awesome very private place tucked into the side of a hill which overlooked San Blas Square. The staff was beyond friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
It is a hike (walk) from San Blas Square to La Morada and this can be quite physically stressful on those who have not yet adapted to the high altitude.
Our room had a magnificent view, was extremely comfortable and had a basic, but very nice breakfast!
It's a bit hard to get to. Taxis can't get right upto the door, so if you have heavy bags, you will have to walk uphill stairs to get there. Also take into consideration the altitude - walking uphill with heavy luggage isn't easy if you haven't acclimatised yet.
We loved the location, and found the staff to be extremely helpful and nice. The staff picked us up at the airport and brought us to the hotel very comfortably where we were treated to a hot cup of cocoa tea. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Jessica and Brenda both of whom helped us with restaurant reservations in Cuzco and even in Lima. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
The breakfast is very basic.
The WiFi was superb. The room was spacious. Staff were helpful.
The hotel is not accessible by car. One must walk up a steep hill.
The staff was great. Very helpful and nice. We stayed in two different rooms before and after our Inca Trail hike. The first room was all on one floor level with two large rooms with two TV. Very nice room apart from the shower, which didn't have very hot water, barely warm. The second room was on 3 levels with the bathroom on the first level next to the kitchen. Very long way in the middle of the night, from the bedroom on the 3 level!
The hotel is above the Plaza San Blas, way up the hill, which is not too much a hard work, up the stairs, but the streets are very smelly. But, most of the Cusco is smelly, so not much difference there.
