Everything was great! Staff is very helpfull, room is very confortable. Breaksfast a lot things to choose
The only think bad was the location the hotel is very dificult to find
Our rooms were large and beautifully titled. The view on the patio was spectacular. The staff made lunch sacks for us because we had to leave early the next day. Lots of coca leaves tea too.
This hotel was everything we needed for our stay in Cusco, it was close to everything, the staff was super friendly and it had amazing views from the patio and breakfast nook. The rooms are extremely roomy with kitchens, it felt like we had our own apartment, very comfortable. Would recommend this place to anyone.
size of the apartment, separate bedrooms for kids
long uphill walk to reach the hotel.
Everything you need will be well provided.
The breakfast was poor.We were there three days during the festival and the music was loud until 4.00 am.We couldn't sleep. They were defacating on the street.Don't book during the festival!
comfy bed, great wifi, excellent value, awesome location, extremely helpful staff who even did us a boxed lunch
Festivals at San Blas square in Feb was very loud
The 3floor suites are great if you are 3 People or more. Breakfast was really good, Location great
COLD SHOWER, 4days and not a single time a hot shower, last day was really cold. the answer was that they did not use all the thermos to warm up the water. Unacceptable, no compensation. The room was also cold when we arrived as the heating was off. Reception staff are not really friendly. Get ready to climb there....lot of stairs but after 2 times is ok.
terrace, kitchenette, breakfast
no taxi to hotel - only walking up many stairs then our room had more stairs...this was not mentioned in advertising
Like this hotel so so much. Full score for everything. Stayed at 8 hotels in total during the whole trip in Peru and this one, is my favorite. The reception lady (I think her name is Shelly) is extremely nice and helpful. She provided us lots of useful information for Cusco. She even gave us too pills for latitude treatment for free and gave my cousin (who was suffering the latitude) the o2 treatment. Really appreciated all of these. The hotel was beautiful and fancy, and the wonderful staff will be our reason to come back. Yes, whenever we come back to Cusco, we will definitely stay here again.
Have stayed at five differing accommodations on our holiday in South America and La Morada is excellent. Apartment style so you have the choice to eat in or out. The bedrooms were separate for adults and children. It is located up the hill from San blas square so lots of cafés/bars, mini stores, fresh vegetable markets. It has a common garden terrace with views over cusco! It is very well priced with a modern interior, and friendly helpful service. We stayed 3 nights prior to doing the inca trail and Brenda was able to accommodate us on our return stay for a day and night prior to flying to Lima . Brenda is fabulous, all prior email communication confirming our stay and airport pick up was handled by Brenda. All ran to plan like clockwork. Thank you Brenda and all the staff at La Morada. Highly recommend!
IT WAS CLEAN AND ROOMY. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY.
I WAS BOTHERED BY "MY NEIGHBOR" AROUND 10:30PM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FACT HE COULD HEAR US WALKING SPECIALLY WHILE WE WERE USING THE STAIRS.TOO MUCH NOISE AT NIGHT TIME. COULDN'T SLEEP WELL. NO POWER CORD EXTENSIONS WERE PROVIDED TO LOCATE ELECTRIC HEATERS PROPERLY IN SPITE OF OUR REQUESTS. OUR ACTIVITY INTO THE ROOM COULD BE EASILY OBSERVED BY OTHERS. NO PRIVACY WINDOWS. NO CURTAINS JUST BAMBOO BLINDS IN ONE OF OUR SUITES.
Comfy bed, nice decor, lots of options for breakfast, great staff, amazing views!
It's up a hill, but that's how you get the wonderful view!
The staff is friendly and helpful. The view is great from the hotel varanda. The room is cozy and spacious, though it's a two floor room and the bathroom is downstairs.
Location (it's in a walking zone and taxis won't go as far. You must go a few steps up and the altitude makes it harder).
It is a small hotel, located up in the town. The streets are very small and old, no car will getbuou up there. The room was spacious, Clean and comfortable. The view from the hotel is nice
Maybe the walking part, but it is necessary
Stellar views, good design with nice features, comfy bed, hot water, kitchen facilities, breakfast complete with eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, cereal, juice, and coffee, what more could you want?!
Location is up a hill, but that's how you get the amazing view!!
Personel, location, comfort. Best hotel during our two week stay in Peru.
Friendly and helpful staff, cozy room, comfortable bed, quiet area. One of the most pleasant places during our travel in Southern America
Taxi could not get close to the place because of the narrow street where the hotel was situated. We had to carry our luggage rather long way up. In all other respects the hotel seemed perfect.
Everything was excellent. I would recommend it to everyone. Very good location in the nice part of the city, nice view from window and terrace, clean, nice breakfast, wifi works perfectly.
Great service from the hotel personnel. The taxi driver they sent (Cesar) was very helpful and provided a great service to the train station and the airport.
The climb from the Plaza San Blas. Taxis don't have access to the hotel and you have to walk small distance to get to the hotel.
Decoration , quality of bed and furniture
The two floors with no real space for suitcases and the fact that the bathroom is on 1st floor and bedroom is on the 2nd
We booked this hotel following a truck on the Inca Trail. They were happy to keep our bags for us while we are on the truck. The rum, number nine, was spacious and included a full kitchen. There were five beds in the room and I could easily accommodate the family or two couples. The breakfast was good and was included. The hotel is located in a nice area with restaurants nearby.
It is worth noting that you have to walk a couple blocks uphill from the nearest Road to get to the hotel.
Location. Facilities. Price.
Breakfast could be improved - each morning the tables in the room were dirty and most food had gone.
The bedroom is too bright, possible to sleep after sunrise. We stayed at a room beside We stayed in a room next to the reception wich was very noisy.
