Being away from the town the hotel was very peaceful and all the rooms had beautiful views of the lake. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on both occasions, the breakfast being a lavish buffet of fresh fruits and juices, cereals, breads and pastries and also cooked dishes. The dinner menu had both Peruvian and European dishes and included salmon trout from the lake, which was delicious. Had our itinerary allowed, we would have been tempted to stay another couple of nights. The only drawback for me was that the rooms were a little on the small side but, on our second stay, we booked a suite which was huge.

Die Lage, ausserhalb der Stadt Puno, auf einer Insel, ist einmalig. Ferner als 5 Sterne Hotel, bietet es jeglichen Komfort. Bedienung von der 5 Sterne Bewerrtung ausgehend sehr gut. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Das Hotel wird durch die günstige Preislage, auch von Gästen benutzt, welche durch ihr Auftreten, dem Charakter des Hotels, nicht gerecht werden. Vom Alter her, bin ich in dieser Hinsicht eher konservativ eingestellt, da ich als Individualreisender, Ansprüche stelle, dass die Klasse des Hotels nicht durch Touristen beeinträchtigt wird, welche eigenentlich in ein Pack-Packer Hotel gehören.

A localização às margens do lago Titicaca é maravilhosa!Os funcionários da recepção são muito prestativos e nos ajudaram em tudo que lhes pedimos! O hotel mereceria uma repaginada:os banheiros por exemplo são desconfortáveis com o atual chuveiro e cortina na área da banheira.A Decoração também merece uma atualização diante do potencial que o hotel tem e da sua localização privilegiada.

Nice view. Nice breakfast. Beds were not comfortable. When we checked out we were told to have already paid, which was not the case (we checked 3 times) and then they stalked us to our next hotel.

Las vistas, tanto desde las habitaciones como el restaurante y el bar, son impresionantes. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena, hoteles de este nivel en otra ubicación cuestan el doble. El restaurante es demasiado caro y el spa flojo.
