Location is 5 min from the center, very nice cozy atmosphere, very friendly stuff, nice decoration

My room was a little bit too small, but it was not critical at all, I needed more light at the place where we kept our luggage ;(

Entire staff was friendly, warm, accommodating and helpful with our many concerns! Loved this hotel!

We loved everything about the hotel. The rooms and service were excellent. Also, the hotel has been designed in an incredibly beautiful way with some fine finishes. We were very happy to have stayed there and will be very happy to return.

I think more spa facilities would be nice.

Great welcoming staff, good breakfast buffet, clean, well-outfitted rooms. It's everything you need to start and end your day in Cusco.

The service was absolutely excellent from the doorman, to the bellhop, to the restaurant staff, to room cleaning staff. They even provide complimentary water bottles and a chocolate everyday!

We booked an extra night in front of our already booked night but for a higher price. They must have upgraded our 2nd night to the same as the first as the room was excellent with walkin wardrobe and little verandah. The Spa service and breakfast service was definatley 5 star.

When we came back for our 2nd stay after being away, we were put into another room which was much smaller, had a bad smell in the bathroom and the taps in the bathroom ran all night unless you did a muscle man job to turn them off. Was just not the same quality as we had on our first visit. We did mention it was our Honeymoon too.

The hotel was built on old Inka ruins. The design was wonderful, the service and staff were wonderful. There was a travel agent on site. All of the staff speaks excellent English. This is a luxory hotel.

The staff was terrific. They sprang to help, were efficient and friendly. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Great care has been taken to represent both the Inca and colonial cultures. We are Peruvian Americans and very proud of our country. Your welcoming hospitality and your respect for the many cultures of Peru pleased us enormously! Thank you for the good work that you do.

The only thing I thought might be improved is the sameness of the breakfast every morning. The buffet was static for those who were staying four nights (five mornings) as we did. Perhaps most of your visitors stay only one night, in which case the buffet would seem splendid. But for those staying longer, it would be nice to vary the potatoes, the vegetable stir fry, the fruits, the condiments, etc. Also, the staff could be a little more attentive about keeping the coffee flowing. A very small criticism, I admit, but it would make for an improvement!

El hotel me pareció un verdadero cinco estrellas , la construcción antiquísima impacta en su exterior e interior , la habitación muy confortable , y el personal amable , muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar al huésped. El desayuno exelente , muy completo y con individuales y servilletas de tela que te brinda calidad .

Lo que me ha parecido que cambiaría es el manejo del spa , me parece muy bien , que tratamientos , masajes , etc . tengan un costo extra , pero en éste caso , la piscina el jacuzzi , saunas o simplemente relajarse en una reposera tenía un costo , es la primera vez que me pasa en un hotel de ésta categoría.

Al salir, dejé en conserjería los pasaportes para que saquen las fotocopias (nuevamente, pues lo habían hecho dos días antes, cuando me había alojado por primera vez). Me lo devolverían luego y no lo hicieron. Caí en la cuenta en el Aeropuerto al hacer el check-in. Obvio, volver al hotel a buscarlos con el riesgo de perder el vuelo. Error mío, pero también de ellos.

Por estar en remodelacion hay en algunas areas del hotel zonas ruidosas. Se tienen que trabajar pero entonces no usar las habitaciones cerca a la obra.

El nivel de atención de toda la gente que labora en el hotel. Alta calidad de servicio y preocupación genuina por hacer sentir bien al huésped

Que nuestra visita fue muy corta. De pronto por ser un hotel muy céntrico el área de acceso para maletas y para parqueo no es la más conveniente.

Todo es maravilloso no le falta nadaaaaaa te transportan a un mundo diferente

La estructura arquitectónica del edificio y su ubicación respecto a la ciudad. Buena atención del personal de servicio.

No honran la tarifa acordada en Booking. Aplicaron el 10% de recargo en concepto de tip/propina y en forma unilateral. Dado las condiciones del hotel, dicho cargo es abusivo debido a que durante mi estadía el hotel estaba con refracciones, por lo que los ascensores estaban limitados y debíamos subir pisos por escaleras. También realizaban diariamente trabajos de pintura en las instalaciones, por lo que para ingresar a la habitación en ocasiones tuvimos que esperar que los operarios corrieran la escalera o dejaran de pintar el techo. Era muy frecuente el olor a pintura fresca. Por lo anterior, el hotel posee una relación precio-producto desmesurada hacia la tarifa.

Es el Hotel más lindo y acogedor del mundo. Todo perfecto, es un museo, uno se siente parte de la historia.

Buena hubicacion, buen desayuno

Estaban haciendo arreglos nos dieron un cuarto justo arriba y empezaban a hacer. Ruido antes De las 8 hs!

É um hotel lindo, limpo, confortável e, apesar de grande, aconchegante. O staff é extremamente atencioso. O café da manhã é uma delícia, super variado e com itens de qualidade. Havia muito silêncio no quarto durante toda a noite e também de dia. Tudo impecável. Recomendo para todos.

Só tivemos problema com o fechamento da conta. Houve uma confusão na hora de cobrar o consumo do mini bar, acredito que a pessoa que nos atendeu era nova por lá, mas o problema foi rapidamente solucionado por um outro funcionário mais experiente.

Muito caro pelo que oferece, há hotéis muito melhores pelo mesmo preço em cusco. O cofre é super antigo (modelo com chave, deveria estar em museu) não cabe um iPad, tv de tubo, cortinas feias e velhas, funcionários com má vontade, exigiram passar o cartão de crédito naquelas máquinas manuais com papel carbono como garantia, garçons lentos no café da manhã, e para fechar com chave de ouro, cobram 18 soles (+/- usd 6,70) por uma água no frigobar... Não é de luxo ou 5*, não recomendo. - Too expensive for what it offers, there are much better hotels for the same price in Cusco. The safe box is very old (model with key, should be in museum) and does not fit an iPad, tube TV, ugly and old curtains, reception staff grudgingly, waiters slow at breakfast, and to close with a flourish, charge 18 soles (+ / - 6.70 USD) for a water in the fridge ... This is not a luxury or 5* hotel... Not recommended.
