People, rooms and location
Breakfast same every day and not well organised, still tasty but slow service.
Bed, location, wi-fi, friendliness, family run business, authentic, accommodating. Kept bags for the week we were hiking. Organized a taxi to the airport for us.
It is a family run business so expect slow service sometimes as they can only handle so many things at once. No English at breakfast, so asking for a hard egg was difficult. Know your strategic Spanish words to improve your experience.
we came in super late, left super early. they were very accommodating for both. the rooms are exquisite as the grounds. A++
A well-situated guesthouse, with a good cleaning service, nice shower and a sympathetic team. To combat the altitude, they always had coca tea, which made the difference, because I had a lot of headache.
Although the breakfast was well-prepared, it was simple, with a low variety.
Helpful staff, charming decor, super clean, set off the street, thus tranquil. Excellent in every respect
Very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. Quiet despite being in the historical center. Organized a taxi to the a/p for us for S.15 which picked us up at the back entrance.
Be prepared for a slow breakfast as there are only a couple of people doing it for everyone.
Friendly staff, lovely rooms and central but far enough set back from the street for a good nights sleep.
The team is amazing. Everything very clean. They keep the luggage if you need and can book taxi for you.
Wifi is not good.
Loved the unusual setting. Bed was comfortable. Easy to walk everywhere.
Fight to get in and out of electronically controlled gates. Realise this was for safety so shouldn't complain really!
I loved everything about the stay at Llipimpac - all staff were helpful even with our language barriers at times! Rooms were clean and comfortable (I stayed twice within a 10-day period) and breakfast was a good start to the day, especially the elderberry jam with the bread. Location makes access to sites within central Cusco very easy to walk and find your way back!
the heater worked quite quickly...there where lots of dvds to watch..nice breakfast..comfortable bed
there where no curtains in front of some windows so the sun was shining in from the early morning on!
I had a very clean big room with private shower and hot water in it. They also provided me with heater. Location is fantastic too. It seems to be close to everything you need to see in Cuzco. Breakfast was fine..I loved actually those hand made plates and cups where they serve the food. They have a lovely cortyard and all the pictures in their profile are true. I loved the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at reception Aide, Jani and Elizabeth..they don't speak english well however. Roxana, the owner of the place, is a lovely professional woman either. I would like to thank them all for making my stay in Cuzco comfortable and memorable.
Wifi let me down..it didn't work at all in my room.
5% extra if you pay by credit card
Close to plaza del armed and other sites, comfortable beds, quiet from street. Great breakfast. Overall very good quality for price.
Plumbing not the greatest. Could hear everyone outside room even though in a very quiet court yard.
10 minutes walk to main square. Free private parking. Room facing internal courtyard was cozy but could get a little noisy from passerby.
5% extra paying with credit card (the only hotels/restaurants with extras during our two weeks stay in Peru). Staff a little slow to respond and not very well verse in English as compared to other hotels.
bedding very comfortable
breakfast a bit simple
The room is very cute and cozy. It's bit cold at night but they put a heater and the feather bed cover gave me enough warmth. The hotel people were so friendly and sincere. No disappointed points at the hotel.
Great location, 8 min walk to "Plaza des armas" Nice architecture, calm rooms, good sanitary installations Really nice breakfast
No computer for guests
Good location. Short walk to main plaza but not right on top of it. Pretty courtyard, more character than modern hotels. Helpful staff, particularly Roxi alwayslovely smile. Flexible with early breakfast as we had to leave early for Inca trail.
Possibly should by apparent incident when our son left his phone charging while we were out. Came back to find photos been deleted, and weird video on the room floor been taken, time stamp suggest while we were out. Hopefully isolated incident.
The Llipimpac is a wonderful quaint place to stay a short walk from the historic center of town. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful, the staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms comfortable and clean. We booked the loft room and the kids loved it. Also had no problems leaving our luggage while we hiked up to Machu Picchu.
We were charged 5% more for using a credit card.
The building was beautiful. Location was pretty good among old cobbled streets of cusco. Rooms were clean and comfy Nowhere to make coffee or tea in your room- that's a requirement for our family For a great hotel stay.
The paid pick up service from airport included a very pushy woman who was determined to sell us a tourist trip and even after saying no half a dozen times she kept pushing. She needs to respect no thanks means no. In general although staff at the hotel were helpful they were not the slightest bit friendly and attitude was almost described as rude.
Clean room, good breakfast, very helpful & nice staffs. Good location to go downtown. Etc .... everything was perfect!
comfy rooms and good facilities. The breakfast was good and they organised for us to have breakfast at 6 am the morning we were leaving early for trekking
need to ring the buzzer to gain entry every time to the compound
Stepping into the Llipimpac is a truly wonderful experience. The artistry in design and architecture is well worth the price. The staff are friendly and the rooms clean and very comfortable, and breakfast is a veritable feast. Also, we were able to leave our luggage while hiking the Inca Trail.
We were charged an extra 5% for using our Visa card.
