Excellent service, staff FIVE STARS. Exceptional attention to clients needs, informative, friendly, very warm friendly environment. Especially thanks to: Manuel, Jiovanni ( probably spelled wrong)Lorena, Milagros, sorry I can't remember the names of all of them. Definitely I will recommend this place to my friends; to the Housekeeping person: Thanks for the chocolates. Excelente atencion del personal, Cinco Estrellas todos. Excepcional atencion al cliente desde el momento de su llegada, informacion, atencion, sumamente amigables y amistosos. Mis gracias especialmente a Manuel, Jiovanni ( posiblemente lo escribo mal) Lorena, Milagros, disculpas pues no recuerdo todos los nombres. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel; a la persona arregla la pieza: gracias por los chocolates. Everything was very well done.

L'accueil, les personnels, la taille des chambres, la présence d'un vrai parking très accessible derrière l'hôtel, la qualité du restaurant. Un peu bruyant.

Su atencion es muy buena, el personal siempre atento, buena ubicacion, cerca de todo Su desayuno Buffet es muy costoso para lo que ofrecen, deberian darlo como parte del costo ya que no es gran cosa

El personal es muy atento y preocupado. No me gustó que yo haya ido pensando en una tarifa y que en teoría era la más barata que podía conseguir y al llegar veo que es casi 30% más. Yo entiendo que eso lo dicen en su correo, pero quizás como recomendación deberían ya poner el precio final e indicar que están considerando impuestos y servicios.

Habitaciones amplias, iluminadas, buenos colchones, limpio Cuando llegamos no encontramos el papel higiénico que había en el baño estaba usado y no había otro rollo para repuesto, tampoco habían toallas, llamamos a recepción y de inmediato las trajeron, no hay cortinas en las duchas y el vidrio que es muy decorativo no es nada práctico porque es muy corto y el baño termina inundándose luego de una ducha

Muy buena la habitacion, el baño, las sabanas y tohallas. Muy buena la atencion del personal del counter. La computadora, una sola, estaba en planta baja, no en la habitacion, pero se podia acceder facilmente. El restaurante, muy bueno, era terriblemente caro; como no estaba incluido el desayuno en el precio que consegui por Booking, al tener que consumir mi desayuno en el hotel, un desayuno bueno, pero nada del otro mundo, por dos dias, unos $120,- argentinos. Era desproporcionado respecto del precio de las habitaciones.

El personal del front desk es muy amable , el Sr. de la puerta muy atento y educado , el personal de room service muy serviciales , la habitacion nada que envidiar a un Hotel de Miami o Sao Paulo ; me encanto y regresare !

La decoración del hotel me pareció simpática, el transporte al aeropuerto, la atención del personal muy educados. Pedi un foco para la mesa de noche y no me lo trajeron. Estaban haciendo refacciones en el hotel, justo sobre mi habitación y era muy fastidioso los golpes todo el dia, yo solo estuve 2 dias y fastidiaba mucho. La ducha no tiene donde colocar el jabón, ni shampoo, la tapa del inodoro estaba rota y se pasaba el agua.

ディスカウント価格で滞在。バスターミナルに近く便は良かった。部屋は清潔で設備も整っている。タクシーに- 払う小銭がなくて困っていると、セキュリティーの人が立て替えてくれた。 ホテルスタッフは事務的で頼りない。セキュリティーの人の方が親切で対応が良かった。いったい誰の客なのか- と思った。最後２日間はお湯が出なくなった。ビジネス客が多いようで、観光旅行者向きではないかも。

Si me gudto fue lo justo y lo necesario para mi estadia. El personal de recepción muy atentos me gusto mucho su amabilidad. A mi parecer no me gusto la limpieza, un dia se olvidaron de colocar la toalla de mano, el piso del baño estaba sucio, no arreglaron la cuna de mi bebe la dejaron destendida....

Ubicacion conveniente por trabajo, cerca del aeropuerto. Servicio bueno en recepcion, excelente en restaurant El ruido de las bocinas o pitos de los autos que pasan por el hotel. Es a toda hora.
