Excellent experience, best place in town! Such friendly people, we were received so warmly. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. A friendly welcome, a great, modern room and a super breakfast in combination with so many other little details make this hotel the preferred place to stay in Arequipa. We stayed at a similar place in the same class one night a few days earlier and experienced two different worlds! One feels the pleasure, dedication and devotion with which the general manager and his team run the place immediately. Thank you very much!

We loved the women who worked there, and the breakfast was great. Room was a bit small and we could hear other guests. We left very happy

Located in a great location with wonderful staff both prior to our stay and during , arranging a trip to Colca Canyon for us.Would recommend Zig Zag Restaurant and Capriccios for a light dinner and a wonderful dessert.

The rooms only have windows onto a large light shaft.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, good location in the center of the city in a walking distance to everything the tourist needs. They also made late checkout for us for free.

Excellent staff attitude and very considerate! The hotel even packed a nice snacks box for our 1-day tour to colca canyon!

Management and staff are excellent and very helpful. They take time to answer questions and recommend places to eat, book tours and give detailed information about the city and things to do. They speak English very well which is very helpful for us since our Spanish is very limited. Breakfasts are great and included in the room rated. The hotel is 3 years old and the rooms are well constructed. The room ws very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Our room was a good size and the bathroom is large with a huge vanity.

Staff went above and beyond any expectation for a 3 star hotel and breakfast was great with heaps of choices.

The beds were very comfortable, the staff was very great, and the rooms were quite( something that can be hard to find in plaza areas in Peru cities). Staff spoke English and shared side trips and advise.

Our room size was a little small

We arrived early in the morning and they immediately made us hot coffee and then as our room was not ready (understandably as we were very early) they insisted on brining us juice and snacks. We were on honeymooon and in our room they had a bottle of champayne and chocolates and the next morning did special honeymoon pancakes for us as a surprise. Hotel constantly offered to arrange tours or anything we needed. Could not have been more hospitable.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Close to the plaza. Clean rooms. Good value for the money.

The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. Everyone went out of their way to help us.

The bed, while the nicest I've slept in in Peru, was a bit too hard for my poor american countenance.

Location was excellent - just off the main square of Arequipa so walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants. Great staff - they cleaned our suitcases when we arrived after a dusty bus trip from Colca Canyon. Breakfast was great. Taxis to the airport included in price. Lovely bathroom, and nice lobby area.

Double rooms quite small, but with large bathroom.

Localizaçao excelente, fácil acesso, atendimento de qualidade, funcionários preparados e atenciosos, e um café da manha diferenciado e especial, digno de elogios de todos de minha familia. E para completar numa cidade muito bonita que é Arequipa. Parabéns aa todos do Hotel, inclusive ao Motorista de Taxi , Sr. Carlos, que nos foi muito prestativo, além de ser uma pessoa fantástica.

Excelente receptividade, atençao aos hospedes, ambiente agradavel, café da manhã maravilhoso, apto. Limpo, confortavel. O proprietário, Sr.Tomás é de uma gentileza única, um cavalheiro sempre disposto a ajudar e explicar aos hospedes os melhores passeios e com uma alegria contagiante. Alem disso mantem um taxi a disposiçao dos hospedes, e o taxista, Sr.Carlos, sempre alegre, discreto, um verdadeiro guia da bela Arequipa.
