Cost and location. Was clean

It's family run. 2 kids, grandparents, about 7 family members in all. That in itself is not a problem. The problem is, they wait until midnight to gather and have dinner. The walls are very thin, the kids are running up and down the halls until 3am, they gather and laugh, talk and yell very loud. I was there 3 nights and never really got any sleep. If your looking for a quite place to sleep at night, I recommend another hostel.

The owner was very nice.

The beds were hard as plywood and I dreaded staying there another night. The place was loud and had kids running up and down the stairs all night. The kids were the owners family. It was really unbelievable and disrespectful for guests. I don't call bread and jelly with instant juice breakfast. I won't stay there again or recommend to friends.

Close to the bus station, very clean, great breakfast and very polite staff. Best place you could ask to stay for the money for a night or two. Highly recommended

A little noisy but tolerable given the location and price.

No windows in room. Hostal frequently locked with no attendant. Unable to get back into room at certain times during the day.

Was good for a night stay before heading up to Machu Picchu. Would have been difficult to find but the owner met me at the train station. the owner was friendly.

The windows of the room open into the hallway of the hotel so there is a bit of light and noise from the hallway.

The woman owner of the hotel was extremely rude! There was a missunderstanding since we wanted to stay some hours more without check out and they said yes without saying anything about money. We assumed that we would stay 2 hours more without paying anything extra since we had said "if you do not have customers". Anyway this was a missunderstanding and we wanted to find a solution. But instead of that she started shouting and commanding us to pay! Everybody was trying to calm her down, her husband, children, but she continued!! We didn't pay anything because she didn't wanted to hear and was screaming all the time! We even proposed to get the police there, but se CONTINUED to shout! Amazing..... DO NOT GO THERE! THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY PERU TRIP!!!!!!

The service and staff was excellent. I traveled with my mother (54), (I'm 25) and we were both very comfortable. We had hot water, good pressure, and were warm in our warms. The day we went to Machu Picchu it rained all day. The hotel let us check out a room again for a very fair price, to clean and dry off. The staff is excellent. They also picked us up from the train station.

I didn't like the location, it wasn't too far away. But it's where all the locals live, and in the evening time, at dusk-dark it seemed a little uncomfortable, but a male/female or male/male couple would be fine. I can't remember if the hotel advertises internet, but my iPod never picked it up. It was ok though because an internet cafe is right down the road, and we weren't in the hotel much.

The staff is a family, very friendly. Decent location, good value in Peru considering our experience with other hotels.

Bathroom has a large opening above the door into the main bedroom, poor ventilation. Room was pretty cramped, but probably typical of a hotel/hostel in this price range. Hot water took a while to figure out - tip: in our room, you need to also turn on the cold water to get the hot water to run!

The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly!

The girls Margarita had watching the desk seemed like they didn't know what was going on. They needed to know what specific time you would come to breakfast. The power went out and we were packing in the dark when one of the girls came up and seemed annoyed that we not already out of the room since it was 9 am and check out time. She didn't seem to care it may take a few minutes more since there was no light. I'd probably try another place if I went back to Maccu Picchu.

Exatcltey what you need bed tv shower. It's a nice safe feeling location thy pick you up at the train station so you don't get lost its very close to the train station as well. They ask what time you are waking up which for us was 5 am to gt the first bus and he had coffee juice tea bread butter and jam waiting for us already when we got downstairs. If I go to machu picchu again I'll be coming back here!

The staff, especially the manager, was very nice, ready to help anytime. Flexible about breakfast time because we wanted to catch the first bus to Machu Picchu at 5:30am.

Noice from the hallway woke us up at 5am. A staff member opened our door in the middle of night while we were already asleep, just to check if the room was empty. They should have the info in their book!

Frühes Frühstück (bis 08.00 Uhr), nur Toast und Marmelade, sehr hellhörig, geräusche (rückkehrende Gäste) von der Rezeption bis ins Zimmer sehr laut hörbar, Zimmer ohne Fenster

Em primeiro lugar do atendimento do dono e em segundo lugar da limpeza do quarto e das areas comuns.

Alguns quartos (como no qual ficamos) tem uma janela grande que da para o corredor e a cortina para dar privacidade nao é suficiente, fica claro.

Hotel molto base per passare una notte prima di Machu Picchu. Il prezzo è abbastanza contenuto.

Stanze non pulitissime.

La gran hostal, con buena relación coste-beneficio. El cuidado y la atención del personal es el grado 10. La limpieza de la habitación y las instalaciones son excelentes.

me gusto poder desayunar a las 5h30 antes de subir al machu picchu, y poder descansar bien porque las camas son muy comodas.

Situé proche des bus, fonctionnel, rapide, propre et simple

On peut surement trouver moins cher mais la il n'y a pas de surprise

La limpieza

no me gusto el precio muy alto para lo que ofrecen, no tienen cable de TV internacional, la luz de la calle se ve dentro de la habitacion

La oferta hotelera en el pueblo de Aguascalientes es bastante escasa y mala. Aconsejo estar sólo una noche para ver Machupichu y después huir a Cuzco que es más barato y mejor la oferta. No he encontrado nada bueno a este hotel. Creo que les deberían dar unos cursos de hostelería y hotel a los empleados de este hotel.

Frío y las mantas estaban sucias. Pido desde aquí que de una vez limpien las mantas de las camas, que todas las tienen sucias.

Localização

Extremamente barulhento. As paredes sao finas e da a impressão q esta dormindo no corredor. O tamanho dos quarto mt pequeno.
