Hotel w stylowym , gustownym wystroju, czysty. Stały dostęp do ciepłej wody . Położony w dogodnym miejscu, blisko głównego placu . Personel bardzo miły , kompetentny i pomocny stwarzający rodzinną atmosferę. Śniadanie smaczne , wliczone w cenę . Miejsce godne polecenia szczególnie dla osób ceniących sobie spokój .

Estimados señores. Sinceramente decepcionante la calidad de servicio de este Hotel Tres estrellas por las siguientes razones. 1. Pesimo trato de los administradores 2. La mala calidad del desayuno incluido en el precio del servicio. 3. La falta de iluminacion de las habitaciones 4. La falta de calefaccion ...mas aun estando ubiicado en la ciudad de Puno donde hace frio. 5. La falta de mantas adicionales 6. Finalmente no lo recomendaria a otros amigos, que visitan la ciudad de Puno.
